Great location for me to be around family. There are no hotels in the area, I typically have to go to Warsaw for a hotel and I hate the drive. My son loved this hotel and wanted me to say don’t just a book by its cover.

The bathroom needs to be updated and a little cleaner would be nice. But over all it was great for our needs.

Loved the fact that it was centrally located , small, quaint and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend. We stayed for 8 days while we went house hunting. Told my husband I'm going to miss our little home away from home . There's a fridge and microwave, we set up our coffeemaker, there was a table and chairs..perfect

Scott was a great host! He gave me his banana which was very kind of him after my loooong motorcycle ride to get there. The place has a quaint and rustic lodge-style feel. Very quiet at night, all the free coffee you can drink! Found a great Hemmings Magazine to read in the library. The room was clean and fresh, the linens and towels were like-new! The lodge-style furniture was comfortable and there were tons of pillows and the bed was HUGE! A/C works great, windows allow a fresh breeze.

The trash can next to the coffee machine should have some kind of lid on it. Maybe a swinging lid or a pedal you step on would be the only improvement I could offer

While the decor is a bit dated, the rooms were very clean and the people were very pleasant. The room was also quite spacious.

The mattress on one of the beds in my room was too firm. It also would have been nice to have some additional pillows in the room.

Scott is the manager and is very helpful and friendly. He even turned the night stand lights on for us as we were returning late that night. You don't get that kind of service at the chain hotels. I recommend this place if you like homey and comfy. It's clean and the bed in room 9 is a brand new pillow-top mattress.

If you need fancy accomodations this place is not for you.

Decent place to stay. It’s a budget hotel and very affordable. I have never met such a friendly hotel owner before. He was very kind, friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable. Room was clean but a bit dated but definitely worth the money. The owner recommended couple of restaurants which are really great.

Staff was very friendly. It’s conveniently located close to some great restaurants and stores.

Cigarette smoke smell, wasn’t overwhelming but still there. Mattress on our bed could have been a little firmer. Bathrooms could use a little updating.

location was great if you are visiting the area of Letchworth state park and only 30 minutes to Eternal flame waterfall, and about an hour southeast of Niagara Falls NY

not much negative things to say, its small town so resources may be not many, but place was great, clean and great price

Location was excellent. Within minutes of of where we needed to go. Staff was great as always. Will be staying there again in the future.

atmospheric facility - old, but everything worked, clean as and old facility can be with a very nice host at such a low price there were all the necessary equipment, cosmetic accessories, towels and good coffee
