The hotel room was spacious and easily accessible, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Even the guests were pleasant, creating a warm atmosphere. Overall, a great experience with a relaxing environment and excellent service. Would definitely stay again!

Finding the hotel was challenging due to puzzling directions and signage, but the stay was enjoyable once we arrived.

Location, quietness and nice view of Lake Mead. Nice balcony. Grocery store next to gas station had all the basics you needed. We got to see the wild goats in the park just down the road.

Could not find the entrance from the main road. We ended up driving through the gas station to get to reception. Better signage would have been good. It was a drive and not a walk to restaurants in Boulder City

It was clean. The office was well stocked with waters, sodas, snacks. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave. That was awesome. Property was close to shops and restaurants.

The rooms were old and just smelled old upon walk in. Definitely not worth $185 per night, but location is what we needed.

Excellent location. The man who checked us in was very informative and everything he said was true. He told us about the big horned sheep that gather in the ball field every morning so we got up early and saw about a dozen of them! It was awesome!

Only stayed 1 night and didn't experience anything negative.

Good location between Lake Mead and Boulder City. The room was very clean and comfortable, although slightly outdated. Nice big TV in the room, and I always appreciate having a microwave and fridge. Reception staff were super nice. I realize the prices for hotels anywhere near Las Vegas is silly money, but you get much better value further on in Arizona and Utah, so I can't help but compare. That said, I'd happily stay here again.

We have stayed at the hotel before the name change we liked it . So we returned still love it Love the greeting from shopia and taco dog they are so sweet. Love to order Tony's pizza the ultimate pizza with cream cheese is excellent

Couldn't find the breakfast and yes did get up early When we left I asked it was tucked around the corner.

Location was excellent, close to Hover Damm, good views from the lake view rooms, clean and tidy suitable for our travelling group

There were no nearby eateries in walking distance, and the onsite restaurant was not open, couldnt find anything walkable and ubers / taxi are limited.

The staff was great. The property and room was clean and comfortable.

There are exterior building lights that shone in the room windows. Not sure if it's necessary, but it makes the room a bit light for sleeping. It may have just been our room and how it was positioned.

This is the perfect example of a no-frills motel far exceeding the "resort" we had stayed in earlier on the trip. This hotel is clearly older and some people may complain about some of the things that could probably do with replacing, but honestly it was clean, it was comfortable, it was located where I needed it to be, the staff were phenomenal, and it was affordable. The rooms were huge, and they had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine (already 300% better than the "resort"!). Personally, I think this (and other properties like it) should really lean into their retro appeal during the next renovation - skip the generic hotel design schemes, and instead re-create the 60s aesthetic that was popular when the motel was likely built. Anyway, yes some of the features are older - the door squeeks, the bathtub shows its age, etc - but it's clean! it's friendly! it's a large, useful space! :) Would definitely stay here again.

Large room, view of Lake Mead, clean and working fridge/freezer and microwave, table and chairs for 2, nice help yourself breakfast including some microwaveable hot options, pleasant and helpful staff, clean bathroom, bed and general room, working tv, good location, laundry facilities, quiet, separate small area with coffee machine, balcony.

Nothing was a problem, but the door of the bathroom didn't open fully as the loo was in the way.
