Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Toiletries were included. Sofa inside rooms needs to be upholstered or changed, fabric is very dirty. Location is great and neighborhood is nice. Pool is nice. Decent but overpriced.

No breakfast the bed was ok but the pillows could be better no soap or shampoo in the room was very surprised for a hotel also needs a lot of updates

Place was clean , Diner across the street , people at front desk were nice

No electric sockets to use by bed had to charge phones in the bathroom

what i liked about the property is that is close to many stores, the beach and it has a pool/hang out area.

Very clean room with excellent WiFi. No breakfasts are being served due to post-Covid restrictions. There's a very good diner across from the hotel, the OB Diner, where one can grab breakfast or other meals. I had a quiet, comfortable one night stay. Heating and air conditioning in the room.

The fact there was no breakfast being offered.

No breakfast offered, although they advertised Breakfast was included with the room. They said pandemic rules/regulations prevented the serving of Breakfast.

Price for Fri and Sat could have been cheaper, as cost for other 5 nights very reasonable.
