Location was going. They need to have more vegan choices for breakfast. Apart from that every thing was great 👍. I will recommend to my friends and family

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast, with some options being changed up a little every morning. Nice to have the variety! The sofa bed was actually made when we arrived, which was very much appreciated after a long drive! Super friendly and helpful staff on all fronts, and the housekeeping staff were also really considerate when cleaning and restocking the room. Helpful information brochures were everywhere in the room where some things might need explaining.

Some suites seem to have tables and chairs, and others do not - it's really not clear when booking which you're getting if you go according to the pictures – I suppose having booked last minute and getting the last suite in the hotel, we got one that didn't have them, but it would have been nice to know. Had to change our dinner plans last minute on the night we arrived.

Breakfast had good variety. Room was nice and clean. Good location, close to the train station and a bus stop. Easy to travel to old Quebec by bus. It only took us 20 minutes and the Quebec bus ticket system was very easy to use.

Breakfast area got very busy around 8:30 AM - if possible it would be nice to expand the breakfast eating time past 930 AM.

This hotel was the most dog friendly! We loved that he was allowed by the pool and the little patio they had for breakfast

No fault of the hotel but it was a bit unfortunate with all the construction around. And with the heat wave it would have been nice for the pool to be cool and not a hot tub

Room was good size including space for 2 to sit. Comfortable bed; good size bathroom. Fully equipped with microwave, tea and coffee making etc. Has a hot tub.

In the middle of major roadworks and no where close by to walk to for dinner in evening. Would benefit from a bar rather than hot tub.

Great location. 15 minutes drive to Quebec City centre. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Everyone speaks French and English. There’s a very elegant restaurant nearby Michelangelo where we had an amazing last meal before going back to Toronto..

Comfortable and well maintained rooms. Well behaved and helpful staffs. Best part is they welcome dogs at a reasonable charge. Hot tub was in open which was restriction for us however saw many people enjoying it. Couldn't use the breakfast as we have to leave early(Wish that the breakfast could have started earlier :) ). Good location for travelers and easy to commute to City attractions. Overall one of the best hotels in Quebec area

The hotel location is very close to busstop, we got offer free ride from Quebec tourism during visit time. Hotel was nice and clean and offer great breakfast.

RTC(City bus) at Quebec city you can't trust, it delays often, we had more than 3 times waiting which delayed over 45 minutes to get on the bus .The bus time schedule is not reliable. At least 2times we had to call Uber to catch our next activity.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good, really enjoyed the jucuzzi pool!

I didn't like all the construction around the hotel, I found it hard to get in & out of hotel and to access the main routes in and out of Quebec city.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Attentive staff, good free breakfast. 15 min drive to Quebec City.

Lots of construction in the area, so some noise and detours , but nothing of great concern.
