Very rich breakfast , from sweet to salty, very tasty. Dogs very welcome. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Free parking. Nice atmosphere.

I didn't like the fact of plastic cups in the bathroom and 2 printed paper sheets by room (info about hotel's services and personalized welcome note, very pleasant but still it's a waste of paper). Expensive restaurant and very poor choice for vegetarians. No insonorisation between rooms and constant "buuu" noice from the ventilation in the bathroom.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Offered cava upon arrival. Breakfast was very good. Wifi and Smart TV with possibility of Netflix Very large room with a kitchen and a large bathroom Didn't ask to pay for the dog and the car park (as we had expected) Very close to vast walking/ biking areas, the city of Maastricht, and Maasmechelen Village.

Beds were too soft for our tastes. Toilet chair highly uncomfortable for "XXL-guests".

Big room, spotless, well heated. Liked the two storey setup although the lack of lift to that floor and the steps to mezzanine and bedroom would not suit everyone. Lots of parking. Staff were very helpful and polyglot

In the morning wifi was great, the hotel was pretty full for the new year and I think later on the number of users affected signal as it was too slow to even route plan. Very convenient for Maastrict. Having a link to a company of a different name in Lithuania rather than Belgium where I was staying made me worry about scams which is not a good holiday feeling. Additionally the link, checks etc put a lot of work in the hands of the customer and no-one tells me how long my passport number is held for. I really dislike this.

Nice place, big room and nice atmosphere. Very kind and professional staff. I have done the check-in online and when I arrived late in the evening, in my room I found a personalised welcome letter addressed to me with all the instructions of the services. It was not just a standard letter for itself, but that little extra touch that makes the difference :)

Room furnished in an typical 70's cosy style. I like odour in the hallways.

They charge for a pet 25 Euros which is as per my opinion quite a high price. We were staying at the receptionist for a while. We rang the bell, but nobody attended us. There was a notice on the table though informing us to go to the lounge area and get someone's attention. I approached a waitress. She left her work and went for me to check us in. She had a quite stern facial expression without any of welcoming manners. I do not blame her. If I do work as a waiter and as a receptionist on the top of that I would be under the pressure as well.

It’s a perfect location, it’s cosy, personnel is very kind and flexible, no elevators, wifi is great, food is very good, parking good

There were a few big groups, so it was sometimes a bit noisy, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the property itself

Convenient location. Pleasant garden setting. Excellent bike accommodation. Safe and under cover. Receptionist personally assisted in moving our tandem to an alternative area within the building as bike garage was full.

There were some parking spaces not in use because of some car were not parked correctly and we had to park all the way in the back. Not a big problem, but there could be some control over this.

Excellent and friendly service. We hot offer welcome drink but did not have time to drink it at bar. Once we were in the room we got a call from the reception offering us to bring the drinks in the room. Such a nice gesture.

The staff were great, they were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were no issues with noise at night and the wifi worked well. The breakfast was very nice also, there were plenty of hot and cold foods available to choose from. There was also the option to take away some items for our lunch, which I thought was a lovely touch. Location-wise, it's only a very short drive away from Maastricht.
