Location was great, peaceful and situated in a complex with a bakery, mini-mart, restaurants, swimming pool, spa and has multiple types of accomodation options. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Easy travel to the city centre via taxi which the hotel has readily available or quick response when called.

The breakfast restaurant was a little crowded and we weren't sure if we were supposed to pay there before leaving or at the hotel reception upon checkout. There wasn't any staff at the breakfast restaurant front desk to be able to ask.

All staff was emazing , helpful,friendly except one working in the restaurant was so rude . Otherwise really recommend

Cleaing, they dont clean the room and they dont change bedsheets, we talk with the reception couple of time to clean the rooms but no response until we talk the third time they clean the room well .

Really liked the apartment arrangement with 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen space. Our son is a wheelchair user with full care needs so really helpful. We also loved the Michelin star restaurant experience for lunch on my husband's birthday. We art hoping to be back next year for the Andre Rieu Christmas concert

Having the ability for a carer to be with us by having a sofa bed or roll away ability within the same apartment

The staff were very helpful and hospitable. The location and the view from the room were amazing.

Around midnight, there was a lot of noise from people returning to their rooms. I think the windows aren’t well insulated, which caused me to wake up multiple times and have trouble sleeping.

I loved location of the hotel, I was tired after the working day, travelling over Blegium, having meetings, so I was happy to found location like this. Lovely, nice, calming. I especially like the Dutch building style, raw bricks etc. so that was really nice experience for me. Personal was nice and polite, helpful. i appreciate this. Thank you.

my toilete was little smelly, but this was just minor problem. no worries.

Friendly staff, great view from the hotel's 4th floor. We had a room with a large balcony, which was perfect in the autumn sun. Airconditioning in the bedroom seems appropriate, especially in the hot summer sun. The pool was small but good, the wellness center was great.

Staff at the restaurant ('t Proeflokaal') was more occupied with their own phones and chitchat than with customers. Waited a very long time to order, for the drinks and later the food to show. When addressed the response was 'not my problem'. There is limited parking at P1. P2 on the other side of the road is also available.

Enough parking space, was really clean and big, i also like that the you had already quite some few things at the location like a restaurant and a bakery, great amenities i would not have expected in a hotel aswel for example; oven, big fridge plates, spoons, forks etc.... Enjoyed the swimming pool aswell, awesome distance from the city, you still in Maastricht but also feels out of the city like your in your own village with everything you might need.

Would have love a slightly later checkout but that's no big deal, its personal prefence and its a hotel so it makes sense.

• Not enough possibilities to hang up towels etc in the bathroom • For such a resort we expected a nicer shower, however, ours made a strange noise when on and the showerhead was tiny and not much pressure • It wasn't 100% clear where to check-in when we arrived

Excellent breakfast, top location, spatious room & bath room with a good shower, good security key system.

Late check-in as from 4 PM, no clear indication signs which Parking to use, only one small waste basket in the bath room., creaking bed back wall when you sit upright watching television.

The breakfast was very nice with fresh rolls and delicious cheese, the selection of teas would satisfy any taste.

Entirely my own fault I booked a room with a staircase but the owner was very helpful in getting us around the place.
