I’ve tried various hotels and B&Bs in the Roermond/ Echt / Sittard area and this is by far the best one. It’s located right in the center of Susteren, which is a nice village with beautiful nature around it, and very close to both Belgium and Germany. Within a very short walking distance of the B&B, there is a huge supermarket, nice restaurants and bars, and even a really big gym. I was impressed by my room: lots of space, large bathroom, air conditioning, big TV with many international channels, and a great view on the back garden where I did count 11 chickens! I slept like a baby thanks to the super comfortable bed, and the total silence from my room (zero noise from outside). My room and the whole house were extremely clean and nicely decorated. There is a nice kitchen where you can make yourself sandwiches or coffees, use the fridge, etc. The breakfast in the morning is stuff of legend, with good coffee, all sorts of teas, ham, cheese, fresh bread rolls, yoghurts, fresh orange juice, fresh blueberries, etc. Also fresh eggs from the chickens that taste amazing - like nothing you can buy in a shop! Last but not least, the host Nick is super kind and helpful, he will leave you total privacy, unless of course you request his attention for tips or conversation. I will be back!

Very welcoming owner who provided lots of information on the village and made suggestions and reservations for our dinner. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, air conditioned, with a very large bathroom. Very good breakfast with fresh bread.

the property is very cozy and Nik the owner really made me fell comfortable. made sure everything was ok, without hovering. so there was still a lot of privacy. also there is Airco in the trim which came handy in one of the warmest weeks of the year.

Such a friendly place. I was traveling through with my son, we were welcomed warmly and enjoyed our stay. Feeding the chicken made my little one laugh, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks again for the nice moment.

Such a nice and cozy place ✨ the owner was really kind and helpful. The B&B was very charming. Our room was lovely and had a bathtub in the room, which was a very romantic touch ❤️ so lovely! The breakfast was very tastful with fresh orange juice and eggs from the chicken in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would love to come back.

It was the perfect location after our day at the Elaisa Spa. We were surprised by the beauty, coziness and warmth of the place. The owner (next time we will ask for your name) took good care of us from arrival until departure. He even prepared us a homemade delicious breakfast.
