I stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip and thought it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are an incredible size and the beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed in the previous 5 weeks. The reception is on the 96th floor so the views of Shenzhen are second to none. My room was on floor 80 with great views. The room was enourmous and had everything you would need should you need to work of if you want to catch up on some news you can turn on the enourmous TV with ceiling mounted stereo speakers... I rarely eat at hotels as I like to explore wherever I am however on this ocassion I had the buffet at the hotel. The food was fantastic. Seafood, ramen, cold meats, freshly cooked meat, sushi and desserts galore. I highly recommend doing it at least once.The bar is also great and reasonably priced as hotel bars go. When I checked out I needed and ATM and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the chap in reception who assisted me by taking the lift down with me an organising for Jason to walk me to an ATM and get me a cab to the train station. They couldn't have been more helpful.

An absolutely wonderful butler staff, with impeccable services! The moment of my arrival I was welcomed by Alice, who arranged getting me check-in quickly. Chief Butler Faust made my stay incredible, and he is one of the main reasons I only stay at the St. Regis hotel when I am in Shenzhen. A special thanks to Butler Dylan who delivered my evening meals when I ordered room service. He was always engaging and happy to converse with me. I actually stayed at this property two times before my return home. The second time was for three night, just to relax in this wonderful property. Simply the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen city!

The hotel was very nice with a stunning view. Rooms were very large and clean. Lot of movies and TV channels to choose from. Staff had a lovely attitude, willing to do anything to make us comfortable. Alice helped us figure out the trains back to Hong Kong. The manager was very helpful and kind. The breakfast and breakfast service were great. We had a delicious meal in the Italian restaurant.

The room was for families and had a tent, stuffed animals, etc. They should have removed all that before we went in and not make us ask. There were some other issues but they were kind in trying to rectify them.

It was an exceptional experience to stay at the highest St Regis in the world! The view and architecture were super impressive, the staffs have the warmest welcome and not forgeting Alice for being very attentive to our requests. They certainly made us felt welcome. The pool is great and nice with a hot jacuzzi bath. There is also a nice bar at Level 95 which we enjoyed. The room is nice and the bed is comfy, and I love their choice of hand soap :)

The location were not as nice as in Futian area. KK mall is just a stone throw away but the mall is not comparable to those in Futian area but you can take a cab out anyways. There's also a metro in the mall so it is still convenient to move around :)

Location and the butler service. Special shout out to Sunny Qin who was so friendly and helpful to assist me with my changing dining plans and reservations.

Staff at level one concierge/dining reservations counter could be more helpful and have more initiatives. They kept directing me to the “opposite” butler counter 5 metres away and said they can only assist with dining reservations under the hotel property only. Misleading to put the sign dining reservations if it was just limited to the few restaurants.

The view from all areas is incredible, the reception on a high floor. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Flawless service from Eason and Yoyo in particular. Breakfast was varied, well prepared and with some classic Chinese options.

The pool rules were a bit OTT (must wear a swim cap and slides at all times and baby boy couldn’t get changed with mother only father).

I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was top-notch, and a special thanks to Supervisor Jack for going above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. His kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a warm and welcoming experience!

Almost everything especially when this hotel opened a dozen years ago without yet upgrade/renovation.

Some (NOT ALL) restaurant on site service manager and team members seems cannot handle those big group "lower Q" ladies and gentlemen, they carry their pressures and attitudes over even after big group left to make extra noise on cleaning tables and fixing chair placements like working for 2 stars hotels...

1.Bath tub drain cover was out of order 🙃 I had to lock with my foot to stop draining when i took a bath 🛁 😩 2.tv remote control battery was running out of battery. I has to press the button many times to turn on /off it.

The butler service is incredibly helpful.
