I stayed here at the end of my trip in Sumatra. Great location near the airport with free airport shuttle bus. The room was huge, very comfortable bed. The best sleep I’ve had in Sumatra. I would have stayed an extra night just for the comfy bed! Great facilities within hotel complex. Beautiful bamboo walkways and gardens surrounding, pool to swim and relax by at the end of your stay/flight before onward transit. Tasty and affordable restaurant onsite too. Would totally stay here again next time I’m in Sumatra. Staff also very helpful and friendly

Free shuttle service to airport every even hour. Takes 12 minuits from hotel reception to drop off at airport.Big hotel area,so big that you can go for small walks.Many park areas.Food and drinks 24 hrs and room service.Great pool.Great for one night if you wanna be close to airport.

Some noise from traffic and trains outside depending which cottage or room you have have and how sensitive you are.A few flights passing by but not night time.200000rp damage deposite which you get back when you leave.This seems to be standard on many hotells in Indonesia nowadays but good to know.Noise from outside is impossible to avoid in city areas like this and close to the airport so it's more information than a complaint.Food and drinks ok but not great and don't expect that everything on the menu is available.

The ambiance is excellent. The breakfast could offer more variety, but I really loved the coffee. It might be a good idea to add a small fridge to the room if possible. When I checked in, I found lizard droppings on my bed, so it might be worth addressing the presence of these small creatures. One thing I would like to highlight is that the room has a Qibla for prayer, which I think is great, because most hotels I've been to in Medan don't have this. Your staff is very friendly and helpful – thumbs up!

The mosquitoes were a bit of an issue, but we can tolerate it since the place is really worth staying at.

We wanted to walk around the village outside the hotel grounds but the road was narrow and lots of traffic. There was a strong smell when we checked in to the room.. it was a bar of naphthalene or paradichlorobenzene commonly known as moth balls in the bathroom. They work by releasing a gas that's toxic to humans and insects. I had to remove it and let the room air out for a couple of hours. Just FYI...

This place is just perfect if you have an early or late flight at Medan. We were the only ones in the very large and comfortable pool. At the room the beds were very comfortable. In the evening we were lucky to participate in a karaoke bingo in the evening. I even sung a song myself! The shuttle service was very very welcome to us, since we needed to be a the airport at 5 a.m.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom. If we would have stayed longer, we would have brought it to the hotels attention, but we only stayed for half a night.

The perfect place to stay while transiting through Medan. You can request a free airport pick-up, and they’ll take you back the following morning if you wish. The cottages are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a pool and restaurant. Excellent value and definitely recommended.

Cottage was super cute and very clean! Very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The gardens and surrounding areas were really nice.

Room was slightly small. Breakfast and restaraunt were pretty bad. For dinner didn't have half the things on the menu and most of the meal are just instant ramen. Breakfast was a typical meal buffet of fried rice and noddle, fruit was bitter and unripe. Def eat elsewhere.

The room was clean , the airport shuttle was very convenient, and the driver and the receptionist team were very friendly

The restaurant by the swimming pool has very limited options for a quick bite, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful in suggesting dinner options. They were mostly chatting among themselves and watching music videos on their phones

Very helpful staff in reception and main restaurant. Good location. Comfortable room. Lovely grounds. Nice pool area. Reception staff were very good at arranging the return shuttle to the airport to suit us. They also kindly allowed a complimentary checkout at 1300hrs as we had an afternoon flight

Airport shuttle was not there when we arrived which is always stressful. After some whatsapp messages and phone calls it did arrive. Breakfast was awful--poor selection of tepid food. Sadly we were not told of fresh omelette option until we had finished and saw other residents requesting it. Need fruit juice, better selection of tea/coffee, better selection of fresh fruit, some fresh bakery.

I loved everything about my stay. The place is awesome, the pool is perfect, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would come back here again and again. The free pick-up from the airport was on time and although he had to wait a bit for me, he was still so freindly.

Nothing, we booked a place near the airport because we didn't want to have to travel far when we arrived. We honestly loved everything about this place.
