The room was spacious and clean, with fresh linens and towels. The hotel is located right at the entrance to Burlington, making it convenient to access. Breakfast was the typical 3-star American experience: powdered scrambled eggs, packaged jam and butter, average coffee, and no vegetables — nothing surprising if you’ve stayed in similar places across the U.S. For a weekend night, when most alternatives were extremely expensive, this hotel offered a decent balance between cost and comfort, in line with what you can generally expect from a 3-star stay in America.

Location is good and the staff who welcomed us (Harry) was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The Breakfast served was amazing and fresh. I appreciate the hard work by the staff coordinating the breakfast, they made sure that even those who came late got the food. The complimentary free coffee was great. The housekeeping staff was friendly and hardworking too. Overall, the facility was clean and the housekeeping staff was super friendly and worked hard. All our questions were answered and we enjoyed our stay here.

I felt a bit awkward at the reception when the old white woman chose to not wish me and my husband (mostly because we're brown) every time we saw her, she deliberately tried not to see us. She was happy to greet and wish other guests. Sad that we experienced this, however, everything else was fine.

Got a nice quiet room facing the back (not facing the highway). That made all the difference. Facilities are foot, staff is great, breakfast is good, bed is comfortable.

A bit expensive for a standard corporate hotel room, plus they tack on a “regional marketing fee” that is not disclosed on their page on booking.com. $144.40 for one night, one person in a corporate hotel on a highway (ie, not one of those boutique hotels of charm and character in an interesting location) strikes me as a bit expensive.

Location was great for our needs... visiting old childhood/college friends. Our room on newly renovated second floor was great! The carpet was clean and I felt comfortable walking on it without slippers!

There were no external lights or sign to help locate the entrance to the hotel. It would have been very easy to drive off the road and end up in a ditch or rolling down a bank! Once you were near the building there were a few parking lights. This issue should be rectified immediately!! It is a hazard!!

Comfortable. Large rooms and separate bathroom. Lovely staff attending reception and breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Clean property.

High corn fructose syrup was served for the do it yourself waffles when the hotel is right in the centre of maple syrup land! Also a coffee machine that makes coffee options (cappuccino, flat white, espresso, hot chocolate, etc) would suit the hotel better.

Pleaent stuff. Room was nice and clean. Very good shower. Coffee always available downstairs (and also in the room, although the whole milk is missing and was available only at breakfast).

We used the laundry and it was very good, it wasn't clear who is the person you are waiting for to take out his laundry once dry machine finish so that you can start. We were waiting long time at night .A list with person name + room number can be good traceability.

It was fine for a free breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear someone at 5:30 getting ice from the ice machine that was not very close to us. You could hear conversations in the hallway at times during the night too.

Incredibly clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing! The hotel also provides free coffee 24/7 and complimentary breakfasts, which are both lovely. The staff are very friendly too.

Maybe a little far from downtown Burlington, however you can get the bus or Uber there pretty easily so it’s not too much of an issue.

The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, particularly at night. There needs to be lighting at the entrance.

The staff was not friendly and did not accept the Booking's confirmation number. We should try to make the check-in by internet to get the Fairfield's confirmation number. Why do this hotel accept to make reservations by Booking??? What happened on the check-in with nine people of our group is unacceptable!!!!
