The hotel and our room were very clean. The room was spacious. We had a room at the end of the hall and it was very quiet, even though the hotel appeared to be quite full. The location was perfect for our family as we moved our son into his college dorm.

Breakfast was crowded and chaotic with minimal options. This could have been due to many families there for the same reason, but my children ate yogurt with a fork as food, utensils were not being refilled as needed. The blinds in our room were frayed and "stuck". It was very difficult to close and open them. They need to be replaced.

The staff were so accommodating and understanding when we asked to extend another night due to having our initial flight canceled due to weather. The room itself was clean and I liked that the individual who cleaned prior to our check in left a card with her name to show it had been completed! The location was easy to get to and no matter where you parked, you were never far from the front door or another accessible point.

I felt everything about the property was great! Only complaint was more of a personal reason being below other individuals in the rooms above us! So, not really any complaints at all!

Hotel is easy to find and close to downtown Burlington. It is clean, the rooms are spacious and the showers are great. The breakfast is good too!

We arrived in a heat wave and a hotel pool would have been ideal. Breakfast is very good but would be so much better if it was on real dishes instead of all those disposable plates and cutlery. This is especially noticeable in a place like Burlington Vermont.

Location was convenient to the airport and interstate for visiting areas around Burlington. Room was renovated, clean & comfortable. Fitness center was small but well equipped for our workouts. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The area is not very walkable with busy traffic. Our rental car was an EV and the nearest charging station was some distance away.

It was very close to the airport (5 minds) and I had an early flight this morning ( 5.30am) so it was worth staying overnight to spend an extra hour in bed!

Minor detail and not a game changer:All was fine- other than I had to move as my bath plug wasn’t working, and it was cold-I wanted a bath. My new room was 52 degrees and I couldn’t work out how to warm the room—fortunately the blankets were warm and I had a great nights sleep.

Everything was great, memory foam pillow top mattress, lots of pillows on thr bed and they were different so you could pick fluffy or firm. The staff was always friendly. Some rooms were being remodeled and even the construction people were happy and singing. The breakfast could use some meat but there was still plenty to choose from. There was a public computer in the lobby if you needed it, and although we were by the airport, I don't recall ever hearing the planes from our room. The TV was even a bigger TV than I was expecting. It fit the room perfectly.

The price was very good for this time of the year …fall foliage. My room price included a very nice breakfast in the small but comfortable lobby . Plenty of places to sit and Enjoy the food, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. It was very close to the airport and they had a free shuttle.

I really did not see many problems with this hotel.

Breakfast was good . Location was good for shopping. Gavin and Debra were great.

We took a taxi ( Blazer) from the hotel to a restaurant 4 minutes away and when we arrived, they told us the fare was $38 . We argued and had it reduced to $30. Don't take Blazer Taxi they are ripoff artists. Another negative was the checkout person on Sunday morning. The woman was not very accommodating at the counter or the breakfast station ( she did both)

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, good location, glad they offered breakfast.

Pillows, bottom sheet kept coming off, breakfast needs more options, breakfast service needs more efficiency
