Luxurious, spacious, clean, everything you could want in accommodations. Neil and Deb contacted us the morning of our stay to make sure we has all the check in info. When we arrive it was easy to find and very close to Burlington. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a nice meal, living room had comfortable furniture and a warm beautiful fireplace. The patio outside had a firetable which we would have loved to use if it wasn't raining, they even gave us mini smore kits for it! The king size bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The bathroom had a beautiful huge luxurious soaker tub with rainfall style shower, the bath was so nice it felt like a spa treatment! The views were amazing too! We are already discussing our next trip back and can't wait to stay here again, it's well worth the money!

The property totally exceeded our expectations in every way! No matter where you are inside you are gazing out onto the breathtaking harbor. It is mesmerizing! The kitchen and bathroom are upscale and exceed any top scale resort. The bed was very comfortable and plush. The deck had a grill and propane fire pit as well as every type of water activity available and included. Kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, beach and fire circle. The location is very close to everything including Bayside Park and the nearby biking trails which was why we were there. This property was perfect in every way! We wished would could have stayed longer and Neil & Deb the hosts were wonderful with communications in advance so we were totally prepared.

great Position on the lake, very cosy. great coffee supply thanks. it is really a small (attached house) and even in winter nothing beats the view. a lot of attention to detail, nice soaps and good towels. BBQ. good communication. nicely heated. essential grocery store less than a mile with good wine selection. It was perfect for two. There is a pullout couch on the gallery but it is open to the kitchen and living room - for information. great bathroom with even jacuzzi bathtub which we didn’t try but want to mention and even a second full bathroom next to the kitchen.

Wonderful property - dog-friendly, lots of room, nicely finished, very clean, helpful hosts. It had a well appointment kitchen and 2 large baths. Lots of privacy. Beautiful spot on the lake, with a dock and pontoon boat rental available. Fire pit and some non-motorized water raft to use (kayak, SUP, etc).

Lots of spiders on the decks, so we didn’t use them. Living area would benefit from more soft seating (maybe a loveseat).

Bungalow was clean,modern,lakefront with excellent kitchen and bath facilities. Neil was very helpful. Location in Colchester was great too - lots to do and a short ride to Burlington or Winooski.

There was a unit above us so of course there was some noise at times - we may try to rent that one next time. But our unit was great and it was quiet at night so not a big deal

We enjoyed everything about this property. In particular the quality of everything warrants the rates. Little things like the quality of construction and quality amenities made a big difference.

Everything was great & clean. The unit we booked was perfect for a couple's (and dog) getaway. We ended up loving it so much that we ended up asking to extend our stay! We had a truly awesome time!

There's really nothing we didn't like. Everything was great. We would definitely be happy to book again. We honestly have no complaints.

Being right on the lake was fantastic. We loved that we had all 3 stories and it technically wasn’t attached. It was well thought out in every way. Loved the fireplace on the deck.

It was a fantastic location with a lot of charm. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back. The family is still talking about how happy they were to stay at this location.

I really enjoyed how clean and accommodating the place was. The scenery was beautiful and quiet. The perfect weekend getaway trip! Deb and Neil were wonderful and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Overall was a great experience!
