The room was large. The staff was great. I left my phone at a resturant that was past closing. The man behind the desk called the resturant to make sure my phone was there. Then he gave me directions to get back to the resturant. Friends had picked me up for dinner so I really wasn't paying attention on how to get there. I use my phone for the GPS. He was great. Went the extra mile for me.

Zero smoking which is good but I could smell cig smoke from the bathroom. They did not supply a listing of TV channels.

I loved Gary who worked at the front desk. He was polite and had recommendations for places to eat or get coffee. He was really respectful and kind. And answered all of our questions to the fullest and to the best of his knowledge. Would recommend this be moved from a 3.7 star hotel to a 5 star. We will be staying there again. To Gary at the front desk thank you for the best hospitality I could have ever asked for.

Heated pool was relaxing and big enough to do my water aerobics activities. Personnel were helpful in getting my bag up stairs as elevator was not working.

Overall look of the interior was very tired and needs to be more streamlined and updated.

Breakfast was good! My friend would have preferred a dark roast coffee option but I liked the medium roast on hand. Staff at the front desk was superb, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, even recommended a local cab company and some area attractions! The nice young woman at check out even gave me a can of Coca Cola to go because I wasn’t sure where the vending machines were. Best hotel staff ever! Would stay here again based on the staffing alone.

Close to St. Michael’s College where we were moving in our son, so we as a good location for us.

There were several people, everyday, milling about outside by the back fence every day. Some were staff, some were people who were long time residents of the hotel (I think) and some were friends of the above. They hung out in the parking lot with their lawn chairs and bicycles and other sundry items. I would suggest there is a staff seating area that is dedicated to breaks, because as we experienced it, it was unnerving at first because we didn’t know who these people were.

The room was clean and comfortable. IT was cleaned daily. The facility had a nice exercise room and I used the pool. The people at the desk were nice but they didn't know much about what attractions to see/do nearby. That was the only drawback. I would stay at your property again if I'm in the area! Thank you

Just what I said. The workers should have more knowledge of area attractions. Otherwise all was excellent.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. This hotel may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues, lots of steps and stairs in odd places. The drive into Burlington was short and easy, also not far from good hiking spots further afield.

2 double beds, refrigerator, microwave, single cup coffee maker, pool, bagged breakfast air conditioning, balcony, ice cream for purchase in lobby, front desk very helpful and informative, free coffee in lobby in the morning.

single cup coffee maker preferred regular coffee maker ,a balcony that wasn't dirty with a bees nest above it so couldn't really use it, key card took like 10 try's each time to get door open even after the key card was reset, would've preferred a non bagged breakfast but it wasn't bad

Breakfast was reasonable. Beds were comfortable. Parking was included in the price.

The staff was extremely helpful. They changed my room from a king bed to two doubles for no extra charge. Both persons I dealt with (on the phone and at check-in) were cheerful and welcoming. No request was too much to ask.
