Very clean! Plenty of space in a 2 room king suite to have children in bed while adults could relax and converse in the sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was friendly and made the stay very pleasant. Good location, convenient to the highway but out of the traffic of downtown Burlington. Grocery store nearby to get food items, if needed. Overall, a great place to stay.

Prices are a little high when all the fees/taxes are added on..but it was a nice place, and did not disappoint. Would be nice if there were USB ports in the sitting area, rather than having to rely on charging units.

The basic room was large with a full kitchen, sitting area and tv that swivels from facing the couch, to the bedroom side if you'd rather watch from bed. The bed was queen sized and very comfortable. The room was quiet. Lots of counter space. The bathroom sink was in a separate area from the toilet and shower, so you could get ready while someone else was using the facilities.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Did not eat breakfast there, but staff was very friendly and helpful. The price of the room was great, location was very close to restaurants, my family, the lake Champlain ferries, shopping. The room was large and spacious, very clean, luxurious bed and wonderful walk in shower, rotating tv and large bathroom area, and dining table with full kitchen.Love everything!!

No need for improvement!

Quite. Showers were great. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good selection of food for the free breakfast. I even liked looking out at the stone ledge from my room. It suited my mood.

Most of the northwestern part of the property faces a high wall.

The breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone in our party. The rooms allowed us to be together as a family and there was enough space for various activities. The pool was a nice diversion for children.

There could have been more towels provided in our suite and in the pool area.

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! We live local and wanted a night with a pool and hot tub for my daughters 11th birthday. The staff was so nice about it when I asked if it was ok to have a small gathering in our suite (total of 8 people for a few hours). We were able to use the pool and then go back to our suite for cake a presents. My daughter left her bathrobe behind and the hotel notified us immediately about it. Not many will do that, so that was really nice.

The hot tub was out of order but the pool was warm enough and relaxing so we didn’t mind too much. The neighbors in the room above us were up early and stomping and screaming at each other but that’s not the hotels fault.

The suite was well thought out, roomy and cozy!

In the photos it showed an indoor pool and hot tub. It was a cold, and rainy day when I arrived. As I checked in, I stated how happy I was going to be, to be able to relax in the hot tub! I was informed that it doesn't exist anymore. She apologized and stated that they need to remove those photos. I stated how very disappointed I was, that was the main reason why I booked with them in the first place😢

Friendly staff, great view of the mountains, hearty breakfast, clean pool, spacious room, close enough to Burlington and hiking spots. Also the room was nice and quiet and having a kitchen in our room was so very helpful

I wish the hot breakfast was a little more varied. We stayed for three days and I was hoping for bacon one day. The carpet and the arm of a chair in our room was a little torn, not a big deal but a little let down.

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was very nice as well. Ran out of coffee a few times. Nothing in the kitchen to use for cooking in the oven. Had to use broiler pan for everything.

Hot tub had brown scum on the bottom which is a bit gross. Room will accommodate more than 4 people but only 4 pieces of dinnerware. Had to go to the breakfast room and get paper plates etc. Some of the guests had large dogs and did not pick up after them outside which was very inconsiderate on their part.

we loved the suite. It was the perfect size for a week long stay. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition.

The cleaning schedule was every other day. That was fine except they didn’t tell us that. So we put our sign in the door to skip cleaning the first day. That was actually the scheduled day which we were unaware. So then when we wanted it cleaned it wasn’t the day for it. Our room ended up not being cleaned all week.
