I like everything: the room was very good, exactly as on photo: new, cozy, comfortable, spacious and clean, with microwave and coffeemaker. Breakfast very good for this price rate: fresh waffles, 2 types of eggs, bacon, sausages, potato, oats, fruits etc, whole hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and caring. 24h teas and coffee (even decaf:)

Everything was very good! And location also nice: quiet, good places to eat around: stakehouse, very nice pokebowls and ice cream shop😋; everything in 5 minutes walk along good paths with pine trees around

This looked like a brand-new La Quinta that had feel of a higher-quality chain. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sparking with a walk-in shower (we dislike tub/shower combos) and good lighting. Good lighting in the room as well, lots of plug-ins for devices, and nicely equipped with mini fridge, Keurig and microwave. Bright, spacious lobby, and good free breakfast starting at 6:00 AM: great for us early risers! Conveniently close to the airport but without a lot of associated noise, and parking was free. A range of restaurants within walks of differing lengths. Very fun and friendly front desk staff. Amenities we didn't use were guest laundry and exercise room.

The guest rooms aren't carpeted - which I prefer as uncarpeted floors feel cleaner - but the guests above us made a lot of noise stomping around and dropping things on the bare floor. We didn't mention it until check-out as it really wasn't the hotel's fault. It's just worth noting to future guests that treading lightly and asking the kids not to run and jump in the room would be much appreciated by the people below! Minor but odd detail: you're not able to put purchases from their sundries mart on your room or pay cash for them: must go on a credit card as a separate purchase.

The staff was great. I asked for an extra blanket and received it right away. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping was prompnt and friendly. I needed to add on an extra day to my stay and it was no problem. Loved the underground parking. The breakfast was great, but I think they should add two more waffle makers to cut down on the line in the breakfast area. Lastly I thought the air-conditioner in my room was a little loud when it came on. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the area.

Property was extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms were a decent size and contained all that was needed for a decent night’s stay. Hotel workers were welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was adequate at best. We were there for four days and the menu was exactly the same for all of them. It was convenient to be able to grab a quick breakfast each day for no extra cost and the fresh fruit was appreciated, but a little more variety would have been nice and the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were not very appealing.

Bed comfortable, room clean and up to date. Quiet environment promotes good sleep quality.

I recommended the hotel to another couple, who stayed soon after we left. They were also comfortable in the room but also felt several small things could make it better: 1. There is space for more drawers in the room; of the two drawers available, one was mostly taken up by a safe. 2. At the breakfast, there was a “dollar store” maple syrup. In a state like Vermont that was very surprising. The honey and jam were good alternatives. 3. I received a text a couple days ahead of time, asking me to check in online. Even though I was busy at our previous engagement, I took the time to do as asked. So when we arrived and I was asked to do it all again, I told the clerk respectfully that I’d already done the online checkin. She did not even acknowledge what I said.

Staff was friendly and the hotel room was modern and clean. I liked the white linens and simple bed covers in white so I could see they were clean. I also liked the lemon ice water in the lobby and coffee in the morning. The breakfast was fine, including the breakfast sausage, with the exception of the breakfast eggs - they were not so good.

The breakfast was good with the exception of the eggs - the "scrambled eggs were rubbery and weird looking and the hard boiled eggs were in a warmer instead of being offered chilled or room temperature. The temperature of the hard boiled egg warmer was so high and the eggs in there so long that they were rubbery and had a hard exterior.

The rooms were big , very comfortable beds, nice bathroom , small gym but good new equipment, guest laundry , free breakfast and coffee and tea 24/7. Everything seemed new and clean. Free parking. The drive to South Burlington is 15 or 20 minutes, but it's an easy straight shot and the airport is only 6 minutes away. Much cheaper than staying in Burlington.

The only thing missing was a pool but as long as you are not expecting one it's fine.

This LaQuinta was just refurbished and they did a wonderful job. Looks brand new. Quiet room, spacious. Continental breakfast was very good with extended hours to 10am, a bit longer than most hotels/motels. Large, well lit parking lot out front by the entrance.

Music played into the hall on the 4th floor near the elevator. Pretty loud by the elevator but our room, 4 doors away, seemed well insulated accoustically so we did not hear it at night. However, the night clerk was unable to either turn down the volume or shut it off. I cannot believe that rooms close to the elevator did not hear it all night. This was our only real complaint. I should mention, though, that the orange juice in the breakfast area was very weak, seemed watered down. The coffee and food offerings were quite good, however.

Location was good! Room was so clean, modern, comfortable, no mold anywhere in the washroom..... everything seemed so new...loved our room!!

Breakfast WASN'T great, eggs were discoloured and had lots of water dripping onto them from the cover. and salt and pepper were from shakers that everybody was sharing....would have preferred little individual, disposable portioned little bags.

Breakfast was very good, both hot and cold choices. Friendly front desk staff. Extremely easy to stay with our dog, put us near exit on 2nd floor so we could get outdoors with no problem. Bed very comfortable and shower excellent. Highly recommend if you want to spend time in Burlington but be outside of the city.

Liked everything about the inn.
