This was a great location for us to stay at, since it was about a 10 minute drive from Burlington airport. The room was very large with a sitting area, full kitchen, bar/table for eating and full bathroom. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a crib (pack and play) for us to use for our baby which was convenient.

The property has some wear and tear from age. This didn't detract from our stay at all. There were large ice damns we had to navigate on the sidewalks leading to our room. This was a bit sketchy since we were carrying our baby.

Size of the room was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have the kitchen with appliances. 2 bathrooms was perfect!

There was ketchup or something on the wall by the trash can. The remotes didn't work to the down stairs TV all three TVs needed to share the upstairs remote. The person cooking breakfast the second day. Burnt and over cooked the food, and refused to start the pancake machine. The hot tub was missing alot of water so the jets shot the water out of the water. The shelves in our refrigerator door were broken so could be used. They just fell out.

These suite are more like freestanding apartments with entryways that open to the outside, rather than into a hallway. The suites have much more natural light but closing the curtains also darkens the whole room if you wish. In addition, the rooms have a French balcony or little patio area so you can let fresh air in when desired and any furry friends can watch what is going on outside.

It’s an older building, not as modern as other facilities but the trade offs for natural light, fresh air, hospitality, a balcony or patio, and lots of open spaces in the area are well worth the trade off if an older building.

Room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen area was nice but we only used the refrigerator. The pool area was nice. The hotel location is very good.

The room was hard to find, we were not given good directions. The carpet was stained in many places. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers, the smell never went away. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not very good. I had toast and peanut butter. The eggs were not edible. There were a lot of kids in there, they were making pancakes. I know you can't control who is there but I was sticky after using the toaster. The person working was not cleaning. We tried to use the hot tub, I'm not sure what the problem was but the jets seemed to be assaulting us instead of relaxing. Maybe the water was too low after all of the kids in it. It didn't seem any better the next day

The room was dated but clean. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was above standard. Comfortable beds, plenty of space!

The only downside l, if you can call it is that, was that the room wasn't stocked with any soap of any kind (dish, shampoo, hand) - so we had to ask for it. We also had inconsistent heat - the bedrooms were overheated but living area was cool, likely from air from the fireplace, but it is nothing the staff could control.

The king suite we stayed in was great! It was so spacious and had a very nice fireplace. The suite was very clean as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool water was very chilly, but the hot tub water was perfect. I do wish there was an ice machine. There were a lot of nice options for breakfast, but they ran out of milk and pancake mix which was a little bit of a disappointment.

Sonesta ES are "home away from home" places. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel this is not your place. If you are looking for a place with a kitchen, living room type area and a comfortable bed, this is your place. In fact, on a 2 week road trip we found this to be the most comfortable mattress we slept on. Coffee maker and coffee, dishes, cookware, kitchen table, etc. Free wi-fi was acceptable. For this type of hotel, the television was large and well-placed in front of the sofa.

The ice make sounded like a gunshot and twice startled my wife. We turned it off to go to bed, then turned iot back on in the AM so the next guests had ice.

Indoor pool and hot tub were great, the room was of nice size, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, cute art work on the walls.

We got a new set of towels when we checked in, but in a few days we tried to get news towels, the receptionist told us that we have to bring in our dirty towels from the room all the way across to the check in area. I told them that their policy states that if you are staying at the hotel under 7 days they will replace towels and do a light clean up at the room but none of it was provided. We brought our dirty towels to the front desk the next day and they said that they were out of towels at the moment. We finally got new 2 towels in the evening that day. Only one receptionist was very rude, all others were very nice and polite. also there were cigarette butts outside on our balcony they didn’t clean up, bath tub had a yellow stain but probably from being old not dirty.

Older property but the room was comfortable in size. Each unit has a French balcony or patio, so it makes the unit feel much more like an apartment than a hotel room. Plenty of places to walk your dog in a quiet area.

Not all staff were open, friendly, and engaging. Older property comes with some flaws in the room due to age.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, food was kept well stocked and the coffee was hot and fresh. Convenient parking, easy check-in/check-out process.

Price was a bit high for the location and amenities. Wi-Fi seemed to require a loyalty account. No door between bedroom and sink area, so turning on the light by the sink shined light on people sleeping.
