The rooms are well designed and well appointed, up to date, clean.

I accidently left a very expensive favorite blouse in hanging in the closet. I called later and spoke to a woman at the front desk who was not at all helpful. I was very disappnited that the blouse did not end up in the lost and found. The front desk said house keeping would have found it if it were there. IT WAS THERE! I am heartbroken. Obviously, I take full responsibility for the mistake, but she was so unhelpful. I called back a second day and spoke to a helpful man who said he would have housekieeping check again and call me. I never heard back. I find it disturbing that the blouse did not make it to lost and found and it colored my impression of the experience.

The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. My grandkids enjoyed the breakfast because they could have anything they wanted. There was plenty of space for parking. Nice sized indoor pool with a hot tub on the side. I had a very large crack in my windshield, and had to call SafeLite. Of ourse, it had to be raining out. I called down to the front desk and asked if he could change it under the pull in at the front, and they said no problem! That to me was simply amazing.

We found a women's razor in the bathtub. Kinda' made us wonder if it had been cleaned after the last guest.

I’d like to share my experience at this hotel and highlight the exceptional service we received. The entire team was warm and welcoming, but I particularly want to praise the receptionist, Amber. We arrived on Friday night, exhausted from our travels with tired children in tow, and Amber greeted us with genuine kindness and empathy. She made sure we were accommodated on the fourth floor in a quiet, spacious room that was perfect for our needs. Check-in was handled perfectly. The room was wonderful. The mattress firm and comfortable. Pillows were labelled correctly firm or soft. The A/C was very effective. The included full breakfast was hot and filling with many choices. Parking was at the front of the hotel, or if full, there was extra parking available at the side of the building - with a side entrance. Checkout was a breeze. All of the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. If we go to South Burlington again, this Holiday Inn Express will be our first choice of accommodation.

Every employee we encountered was polite and professional and went out of their way to be kind and accommodate us in every way possible. I have family in this area, and there are hotels closer to them -- but I will stay here again because of the great experience I had. The location is convenient to downtown and the airport without traffic or parking hassles. The breakfast had something for everyone--eggs, sausage, toast and jams, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, cereals, pancakes (a pancake maker!), yogurt, and unlimited coffee and tea. (They also did a "last call" to see if anyone wanted to get something else before they closed down the breakfast area--and this is not common in other hotels!

I did not mind at all that there were a couple of spots of damage in our shower, but I could see how a nasty guest may complain about that nonsense. Similarly, I did not mind at all that on the day of the eclipse my shower was warm (vs hot as it was the day before and after)--but again, I mention it simply because there may be some picky people out there who do not consider how the surge of guests affects things.

The room was very clean and I loved the decor. My husband loved the mattress so much that he wants to know what brand it was so we can buy one! The breakfast was a nice variety of selections. I also, love that it's a pet friendly hotel and we were able to have our dog with us!

The only downside was the very noisy heating system which my husband would unplug during the night and replug when room got cold. We did not complain to the hotel staff though.

The breakfast was way above my expectations, the staff was really awesome we had some great conversations and they were super helpful in giving us information. Having the brochures in the hotel were also amazing because it help us get an idea of what we wanted to do. We are from new york so we had no idea what was around.

I was sad the see the hot tub being a completely different color than the pool. We could tell it was dirty and the pool area was clean but there was a decent amount of hair in pool and we had to pull clumps of hair off of us as we swam.

The staff was clear in communication, courteous and very helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast had options, considering we follow strict vegetarian diet, options were great. Staff even provided us with new set of serving spoons when some serving spoons were used interchangeably by some patrons between meat and no-meat items.

I cannot comment as we could not explore all offerings during our stay. May be we need to stay longer at this location for our next visit.

Heater did not work properly and was a bit loud, pillows were too soft, fifth floor (where our room was located) was not accessible from the lobby - we had to walk towards the back of the hotel to take another elevator). We did not mind walking but it would have been nice if access was easier.

Breakfast was so great, my stay was short but I did want to go in the hot tub to relax or the pool. I was also happy before I left that my daughter could also get breakfast before we started our long journey back home.

When I arrived the elevator on my floor stopped working, the staff apologized for me walking up one floor. They were waiting for the company to fix the elevator. They also informed me that they couldn't changed my room because the hotel was fully booked.
