The place is immaculate 😀 super clean The bed and pillows were the best I have had so far

The wait for getting the check in, we arrived 10 mins to 3:00 and it was until 3:36 that we finally got in the room. Also, we ordered food and it took a really long time. But it was good the wait. I was supposed to pay 46 including taxes and I ended up paying $60+ because of the cash policy, even though it says there, I think this clause has to be more visible so people don't get upset as not everyone may have the extra cash to spend.

The staff are very friendly and professional from the lady who check us in to the gentleman who check us out, they always had a good smile and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s also located in a nice quiet residential area and although not centrally located to the main attractions is not that far neither, only a few minutes away in a taxi or vehicle.

The place and the hotel area is very quiet, safe, it is also very well located. The room, bathroom and reception are clean.

At the time of check-in they must deliver documentation with instructions to and services for the guest. Carry out periodic inspections of the equipment in the room (TV, lighting). Any extra consumption made during breakfast should be invoiced at the end of the stay or notify the contrary in the check-in process or in the recommended instruction sheet for the guest. Have the sheet with the breakfast menu available in the room and in case of having lunch or dinner service, also offer them to the guest.

The lady in charge was very helpful. I arrived quite late in the evening and she got some food for me. Then she provided some tools when my friend had a problem with his car when I left. The room was good and clean.

It is in the city suburbs so not much going on, but that does make it nice and quiet.

Great place to stay , very affordable, they offer food and drinks right there no need to leave ! They have A/C in the rooms , rooms are beautiful and big inside ! Overall a great place and will definitely stay again !

Used their pick up and drop off service to the airport; Punctual. Money exchange if you are on a pinch - Because of the price I paid on (booking.com), breakfast was not included; however, I did purchase breakfast and the prices were on the higher scale.

It is not near public transportation or eateries.

The staff was friendly and very responsive to my needs. They have 24 hour service and I was able to check in at 4am.

Check-in was very simple, even though we came in late. The room was comfortable and was perfect for our short stay.

Small property but amazing in itself. It's on a small street but the rooms was very clean and comfortable. Ac was blowing me out of the room . Being that it was super cold :) . All the hotel workers and owners was nice . If ever in Santiago I'll book again . Thx for being great.
