The breakfast, pool and common areas were good. The staff were all pleasant and very accommodating. The airport shuttle was a great added option.

The rooms were old and they never left enough towels when they cleaned. The gym had two machines that did not work and there was no water or towels available. I was charged over 400 dollars for an extra person in my room when the booking.com did not charge me.

Excellent staff! We were incredibly pleased with the entire stay. Room was excellent. Pool area and massage staff. Highly recommended!

Toilet in the room flushed very slowly and tended to overflow if not flushed exactly right. We used the one in the basement usually to avoid the room toilet. Not horrible but a little bit on an inconvenience.

Centric, lot of places around, room looked clean and beds were comfy.

Old building rennovated, nor quite functional, air conditioner made a lot of noise and wasn't that cool, the room smelled like an old mummy tomb.

Best Hotel to stay in all Santiago it has everything you would need in a hotel do not have to leave the building has a Restaurant also a great Casino and great pool and exercise room and location is great also Breakfast included

They offer great amenities. I was at the pool every day because it was so good... caught a little sunburn. Surprisingly, they didn't offer, Aloe Vera lotion or sunblock. I had to search for a pharmacy to step out...other than that! Just a suggestion...everything was phenomenal

The staff is very welcoming. It was raining when we arrived and the security guard came out with an umbrella to take our luggage from the parking area. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate a cot for my son. We stayed on the VIP floor and the snacks were a big hit with the family. Food for room service was delicious.

There were no negatives for me.

I loved the pool and the staff was very friendly. The woman on the fifth floor helped me get into the relaxation room and that was enjoyable.

I didn’t like that I could hear the street noise and could hear flushing and movement in the hallway. I wish it would have been a little quieter after a long day of traveling. I also didn’t like that my total on the website was 184 dollars and then when I checked out it was 240? Two bottles of water couldn’t add that much.

Great restaurants, amazing pool, gym , massage center and hot tub on roof. Very comfortable large rooms Main restaurant open for dinner till 1am All the staff is fantastic

It has been a great experience, room was clean and comfortable, pool was great open until 10 pm and food was very good with higyene and quality.

Lunch buffet was not included on package.

This property has it all and it’s located right in the heart of Santiago de Los Caballeros. It’s superb attention to detail, amazing staff, great food and the pool area is so inviting a total vibe! Thank you Jose Orlando for accommodating our needs you are a true MVP.
