Room was very well insulated from outside noise. Loved the big shower with fat hot water. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Lovely young man at checkout gave us a card pass for the pool; spoke excellent English, and was very polite and helpful. Nice staff. Good pool.

A/C unit in room was noisy and had no way of adjusting fan speed. Coffee maker should have a visual how-to guide. Should be two packs of caffeinated coffee for two guests. Children in pool were very loud. Surprised that poolside drinks were served in glass, not plastic.

The location, very easy to get to the centre either by foot or Uber. The staff were all nice. This is a good and convenient option if you prefer to be in a regular hotel with large rooms and views, as opposed to smaller lodgings and hotels in the centre, and also if you travel with your own car.

Hotel feels quite dated, more 4* standard, and rooms could do with some soundproofing. We regretted adding breakfast and club room to our reservation. The pool area is not very nice and could benefit from adding some greenery.

Friendly check-in staff. Large room with a good mattress. Wi-Fi was free and available throughout the property. Big screen TV and plenty of Spanish-language channels to choose from. An excellent location, within walking distance (2km: better done in the morning before it gets really hot) of the Central Plaza and colonial center. Only 400m from Walmart. I was able to extend my checkout to 1 p.m. Another 400m down Calle 60 puts you into a complex of excellent restaurants.

Gym is so-so. Lobby has a bakery/coffee shop and a fine-dine Italian restaurant only . . . could have done with another F&B outlet on premises. No on-premise shopping center, but there's one literally across the street, so that's not a major issue.

The entire process went well from check-in to check-out. The experience was great all around. The hotel staff, cleaning staff and the restaurant staff was great. No complaints

It may not be an issue with the hotel but I arrived early because of the airlines and had to wait a few hours before check-in. Perhaps the hotel could offer people a chance to use the gym accommodations to freshen up and change while they wait to be assigned a room if they need it.

Breakfast was very fat and lot of sugar content in the products. During the stay one of elevators created very dangROUS SOUNDS, that scares us. We were in elevator that moment . other elevators strted to stop on each floor till we reached the ground floor. business Lounge was pretty old, with bad quality food.

Great location; staff was extremely nice and helpful. Good restaurants and malls nearby.

Walls are very thin. You can hear every single thing. Our neighbors had their alarm go off and it woke me up as I thought it was my own alarm (that's how thin the walls are). Every door opening/slamming echos throughout the hall. Our keys worked only 1 out of the 4 days we stayed there. We kept having to go downstairs to have someone let us in our own room.

but had a hard time getting bolitas de queso Also the bathroom shower door is too close to the toilet. More hooks needed to hang clothes , towels etc in the bathroom. The sheet to cover with was too thick a thinner sheet can be added

Good wheelchair-accessible room. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful staff My only issue was the temperature of the air conditioning through out the hotel. It was very cold making it impossible to enough any of the public spaces. Fortunately, I was able to have it turned off in my room

We only had 1 bath robe and they only give you two towels, we would have liked more. Also no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom once used. Would have liked some additional types of amenities (eg. Cotton buds at least).

Amazing Staff support from Concierge (includes luggage at the street level) to Front Desk to Room Service to the beautiful room I stayed in +++ delicious in-house restaurants and bakery. Security present and friendly.
