Healthy breakfast options, and the "hot bar" of breakfast offered a nice variety. The queen (double bed) suite room that I stayed in was spacious and clean. Love the mini kitchenette area with sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Love that there was another sink for washing hands that was outside of the bathroom. Quiet hallways. Lots of parking spots! Near some restaurants and other stores (within walking distance!) Felt safe. The LEMON WATER was also great! Staff at front desk always pleasant and greeting me and my guest with a smile. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms are spacious and beds are big and comfortable. The walls are a bit thin and I had one couple fighting one night and a man snoring the next. That's not the fault of the hotel, but the walls are a bit thin for my comfort. Breakfast was good and a decent range of options. There are also some options for snacks but they are limited. There is some liquor available to purchase as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is staffed 24/7 which is also good.

The hotel is away from restaurants although there are some a bit of a walk away. The coffee machine in my first room wasn't great, but after I moved I had a better machine. I would have liked better milk or creamer options. Everything else was fine.

The clerk at the desk early that morning Saturday morning the fire alarm went off in the room I asked for help from the clerk to assist me he said he couldn't so he asked me take the alarm loose I told him I couldn't I'm too old I'm 66 years old I couldn't do it.

I wanna give a SPECIAL THANKS to I believe the young lady name was CELINA, she was VERY KIND AND PATIENT with me, I had a long trip and had a very late check in and needed my room to be switched and she took care of us with a SMILE AND EXCELLENT customer service attitude! I asked her would she accept a tip and she said NO, that she love to take care of the customers and to make her boss happy!

Good location. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. The surroundings were fine and it feels very safe. People are friendly and front desk was always pleasant to help, stayed for 4 nights and had no problems at all. Also I always check the cleanliness of the bed and it was very clean.

The only bad thing was that the mini fridge had a coffee cup (with coffee) from some other guest, so makes me think they don't clean every little thing after every guest.

The microwave in room #331 was broken, I could not heat up my food and had to go out in the rain to find dinner. I got charged $148 for being a no show, I tried explaining when the date of my funeral shifted over one day, my room reservation was canceled, I had to begin a new one.

Had other breakfast plans, so didn't try that out. Had a cup of coffee, though. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. Soap options were good.

The power receptacles in between the beds need to be replaced. Weren't a tight fit with my charger plugs. Otherwise, no issues.

The hotel, including my room, was very clean. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. The breakfast choices were many and good. I liked the location and surrounding area.

I had to make a room change shortly after checking in due to a non-working toilet. It ended well but could have been a mess.

The property was really nice. The front desk lady was super friendly and welcoming. The check in process was super simple for us. The room was clean. The hotel was in a safe area. I didn’t stay and eat the breakfast but it smelled good.
