Excellent stay - picked the cockpit suite - so unique as you can see planes take off and land on the runway from your suite, which includes the former first class lounge and a balcony. Bed very comfortable. I had fun playing with the controls (some are stickers and some are real like the throttle, fuel etc). Location very close to the airport. Free shuttle is just across the road from jumbostay, and runs very regular, so if you miss one, there is another 15 mins later. Light cereal and biscuit/tea-coffee breakfast. Highly recommend. In fact I'm back in arlanda for an overnight layover in a few weekends and will be staying again (maybe this time in the engine room / black box room). Easy check in. You get a code before hand.

Nothing - i think for the price, proximity and convenience (also the novelty factor) this was perfect!

Staying on this plane was such a fun experience for our group. You shouldn't stay here expecting luxury - but the experience of a lifetime. The engine rooms were cozy, but had enough space for a comfortable night. The black box room was the size of a typical European hotel room. The cockpit room was snug, but the attached first-class lounge made up for this space. Taking pictures as the sun set while sitting on the wing of an airplane was amazing!

There was never any staff on site while we were there, so that made it a bit difficult when we had questions and were looking for food in the evening which appeared to be a vending machine only. We did take the shuttle bus back to the airport for food. The elevator is broken which looks to be a long-standing issue, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the plane stairs. The carpeting etc. definitely shows its age, but generally clean.

I liked the art of the hotel it's unique and l like the way it was invented

The bathrooms after someone bath then the whole mat becomes wet, you know we bath different so ,some we are careful with the mat, some jus bath and leave their hair hanging in the drains...But besides that Jumbo hotel has really good bathrooms Maybe it should also be included in the bathroom that after bath make sure no hair left. Hanging on the drains and when bathing avoid splashing water on the mats. the day l was checking out l went in the bathroom in the morning to bath and l stepped on a very very wet mat soaked inside the water the bath with hair on the drain ,It was on the last shower.But besides that day ...your hotel is always clean and l liked it.

Excellent location and so easily accessible from the airport using the free bus service. The check in/out process was extremely. Instructions were sent by email beforehand, which were perfect. The bed was comfy and rooms were clean. It was really warm inside the plane. Couldn't hear noise from any other guests. The breakfast was just what was needed before the flight, and the coffee was really good. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of them. Overall, great value for money.

The breakfast/communal area was curtained off when I arrived in the evening which made it seem as if access wasn't allowed, so there was nowhere to go except the bedroom or corridor. There was only one visible socket in the dorm room which was in use by another guest (though I had a powerbank so not a massive issue). The shower in the bathroom I used took about 5 minutes before the water ran warm, and the water wasn't draining and had filled the bottom of the shower. Instructions about which bus stops to use could have been a little clearer, as it was dark when I arrived and left and a bit of guesswork was required!

The beds were super comfortable. Everything was basic but clean. Really close to Arlanda airport and the free Alfa buses are very frequent which was brilliant. It was wonderful to be able to stay on an aircraft of this size. Its so very special to see it put to good use not just scrapped and thrown away.

The aircraft is falling to bits and is very neglected with paint falling off, broken benches on the wing and most of the rubber anti-slipface on the wing has come away and looks very grubby and untidy. Poor aircraft needs a really good scrub and repaint as its in very poor condition in parts and its so sad to see it in such a state.

Location and uniqueness! From ARN, there is free shuttle to JumboJet every 10 minutes. The best part is how fun it is to stay inside a jumbo jet, I especially like that when there is a gust of wind, the whole airplane wobbles a bit, rock me to sleep :) Early breakfast time (starts at 3AM!) is great for my jet-lagging stomach. Choices are simple but healthy, which is more important IMO. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager (owner?). He is super friendly and helped my with many small things. It's self check-in but he is available remotely for immediate assistance so there was no problem at all.

The elevator was out of commission.

The location, the ease & frequency to catch the bus, the fact it was a walkable distance to the airport, train to Stockholm & car rental, the super helpful friendly staff, the fact you get what you asked for plus a cool quirk factor (handy clean comfortable accommodation that served basic needs for a low price in a memorable real life plane). I really enjoyed my repeat visit. Thank you.

Nothing to complain about. Booked the cheapest 4-bed female dorm room. Got what I asked for with added bonus of making a cool new acquaintance for a day. If I were to make suggestions for improvement, a sensor light system in the far end bathroom that didn't switch off after 20 seconds while showering (little tricky re-activating the light with movement when tucked inside the shower curtain). But no big drama since the shower was hot & good pressure so outweighed that small negative. And for the love of the integrity of the airplane & visitor appeal - an fresh exterior coat of paint for a spruce up. Looked a bit sadder on the outside upon approach since my first 2020 stay yet deserves a wow factor as it's such a memorable treat to stay in an airplane!

Very cool experience and excellently set up to retain look and feel of being an aircraft. Shuttle from airport travelled every 10 to 15 minutes, and you could get food across the road at the Radisson hotel until midnight. Simple, but sufficient breakfast was available in lounge in nose of the aircraft. Hours state breakfast is from 03:00 to 10:00, but when we arrived at midnight access to lounge was possible and all the breakfast stuff was available so if someone wanted to, they could have breakfast sooner if necessary.

Shared washrooms down the hall can be an inconvenience when getting up in the night and needing a bathroom break, but it is a hostel afterall and that is to be expected!

It was a cool experience overall to stay overnight in such an interesting accommodation. Many aviation details were put into this once an aircraft now a hotel building. And it's convenient to get to the terminals since I'm already at the airport, good value for money and nice beginning of the day since I had a early flight.

Nothing particular in this price range, I got what I paid for, and I booked through the OTA site so expect the price difference. It's a shared bathroom so standard comfort and cleaners there, nothing special

The location is perfect, and yes, the idea of transforming a Jumbo into a hotel is brillant. The staff are kind and professional. The breakfast is almost perfect. And the transportation between the hotel and terminals was the best and practical.

After a few years, some fixtures are worn out. They need to be fixed, repaired, or cleaned. The carpet in our room stinks and the shower's curtain is missing pieces. The terrace (wings of the plane) is nice to sit and enjoy the view or a cup of coffee, yet the rubber floor and other things need maintenance.
