The swimming pool could not be used. Though the rooms were clean, the bathroom was not entirely spotless and somewhat outdated

Great position of the hotel offers ease of visiting the whole Berovo area. Several terraces provided enjoying the peace of the nature in any part of the day. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. The hotel serves good local specialties.

The Hotel looks wonderful, the staff was very friendly and warmly welcoming. There are many places to relax both inside the hotel and outside at the restaurant and in a private area next to a river close to the hotel. The food was delicious. We could relax a lot during our stay at the hotel and we can totally recommend everyone to stay there!

The outdoor facilities and the location of the hotel are excellent. Delicious food, rich breakfast buffet and friendly staff both in restaurant and at reception. Rooms are big and warm and have all the toiletries a person needs.

Even though rooms are big, they need a bit of updating and the prices in the restaurant are quite higher compared to other restaurants in Berovo. Spa facilities were also not available at the moment and the pool is not really appropriate for swimming since it is in the middle of the restaurant's terrace.

Rooms desperately need renovation, especially bathrooms. There is no air conditioning anywhere in the building, so during summer it is quite challenging.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location very close to the centre and still away from the crowd. The staff is very kind. The food is authentic and delicious. Berovo is such a magical place to run away for a few days, especially in the hot summer days.

The staff was super friendly and trying to accommodate our needs at any time. The food in the restaurant is super delicious, the best you'll find. They prepare plenty of traditional specialties from Maleshevo region.

There was live music in the restaurant and it was very loud, as if they were playing in our room. It ended at midnight, so it shouldn't bother you if you can join the party, which we couldn't.
