The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa area was small but very well organised - 3 saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, indoor pool, outdoor pools (one of them adapted for the cold weather with a temporary roof), jacuzzi with hot mineral water. The food in the restaurant and especially the desserts.

The loud live music in the restaurant, mainly Balkan folk. We could hardly hear each other. Most of the other people enjoyed it but it is not our thing. The quality of some small stuff - bed sheets, toilet paper - could be better. Still, our overall experience was excellent.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was recommended by a local friend. Staff was very nice. Room was nice size and clean, there's a mini bar too. Towels, bathrobes, room slippers and body care products all provided. There was an hairdryer in the bathroom, a safe in the room and a drying rack. AC was nice and working good, bed was comfortable. We booked a room with the entrance for the spa included and the spa facilities are great! You can go to the indoor swimming pool, they have saunas, steam bath and an outdoor pool at 38° which is absolutely amazing, the gem of the hotel. There's another pool accessible from the garden which is covered and it's warm. The other outside pools were not open (I think) but they are in summer. They also have lockers for the spa facilities. I also got a massage (not included in package) and it was very nice. They have a lot of options for those. Included in our stay was breakfast which it was a lot of choice at buffet, we liked everything. We also tried the restaurant a few times, it's really really nice!! Absolutely recommend this hotel, we used it as a our base for our day trips (we went to Bansko, Rila Monastery, and other local places). It wasn't busy at all when we visited but in the summer I think it might be as the swimming pool is open for everyone (including not hotel guests).

I wish I knew that the slippers they gave are not for the swimming pool but not a big deal 😊

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Hotel Ezeretz Blagoevgrad, and I highly recommend this place. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, providing all the comfort I needed for a relaxing night. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and choosing to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant was an excellent decision. The food was served promptly, and the diversity of the menu satisfied my taste buds. The pools were a real highlight, especially those with heated water, adding a special touch to my stay. I also appreciated the included access to the space and facilities offered there, such as the sauna and jacuzzi. The interior courtyard with the pool was beautifully arranged, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the services offered and access to facilities such as the pools and spa. Another remarkable aspect of my experience at Hotel Ezeretz was the flexibility and understanding I received from the staff. Initially, I had a reservation for November 26, but due to unfavorable weather conditions, I faced difficulties reaching the destination. However, the hotel staff proved to be extremely understanding and cooperative. I had the opportunity to change the stay period to December 2 when I returned from Athens, without encountering any problems or additional costs. This flexibility provided me with comfort and safety in planning my trip, highlighting a high level of service and attention to customer needs. I confidently recommend Spa Hotel Ezeretz Blagoevgrad for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, whether you stay for a night or an entire weekend. It is a haven of comfort and hospitality in the area, and I will certainly return with pleasure in the future.

No jacuzzi Some equipment were not working

The hotel is a little paradise for escaping the world, relaxing and taking care of body and soul. We really enjoyed the Spa with the Saunas and the warm thermal pools, with their natural and chlorine free water, which we almost had for ourselves during the whole stay. It is also recommendable to book a massage here. :) The restaurants food was super delicious, suitable for vegetarians and ridiculously cheap. We f.e. had two really good main dishes and two drinks at lunch time for 10€ in total. The price-performance ratio was definitely unbeatable in all aspects of the stay.

The room was not very modern and would be ready for a makeover (they also have slightly more expensive modernized rooms). Especially the bathroom ceiling over the bath tub was super low and might be annoying for tall people. But compared to the price we payed for our stay everything was totally fine. The hotel was quite difficult to reach as we travelled by bus and train. We can't really recommend walking the 40 minutes with heavy luggage in Bulgarian summer. Also the hotel is pretty much at the edge of the city and there isn't a lot to explore by foot in the direct surrounding.

The SPA and especially the outside pools were awesome! The restaurant had both a great breakfast and dinner.

The double bed is actually made of 2 normal size twin bed mattresses put together to form a king size with a gap in the middle, that needs to be adjusted all the time so it doesn't get bigger and you fall in it. There is no option for a single big mattress (bed).

The bed was big and comfortable. The toiletries smelled nice, and they offered bathrobes and slipperstoo. There was an extensive spa menu and two pools, so this hotel would be a great choice for relaxing.

The dark color chosen for the walls really took out all the light from the room. A ceiling lamp would have also been nice, precisely because of that. The hair dryer had a very weak air flow. The hotel is very far away from the center.

During a day, I was occupied with my job, outside of hotel. When I came in hotel at the evening - Spa where closed (open till 20:00) and I was not possible to use it. Very pity, as I choose hotel especially for Spa service. It should be open at least till 10:00pm.

The room was not wide enough, I booked a room with a single king bed, I was placed in a room with two paired twin beds, shaky mattresses, tight sheets, noisy refrigerator, noisy ventilation, problems charging an electric car
