The offer is what they advertise and more. They have at least two locations in the town, near or in the center. All apartments are well-equipped and clean. Easy access to shopping areas, restaurants in the city center, banks

It's not advertised so it's not really a minus, but be aware that parking in the area is an issue, maybe park in the city mall is a better idea than looking for random parking spaces...

Very good central location, close to most attractions of Blagoevgrad, as well as to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Modern, clean and tastefully furnished studio, comfortably air-conditioned. Excellent communication with the host, friendly and helpful attitude. Complimentary coffee/tea and water upon arrival.

Can get a bit noisy at night because the city is bustling with life, especially during the summer season, and the hotel is very centrally located on a busy pedestrian street. Thankfully, with windows closed and curtains drawn, most of the noise is quite efficiently blocked-out.

It wants an elevator and a second reconditioning

Spacious apartment on top floor (actually 2 rooms and a small but coquette dining area), with 2 (two) terraces, one of which offers a nice view over the main street. All the necessary facilities, everything nice & clean.

Actually everything was fine, but be advised there is no elevator in the building. If you're old enough and/or have some health issues, be sure to ask first which level is the apartment situated - or place a special request in order to make sure you won't have to climb too many stairs. (Ours was on the 4th floor, so we had to carry our luggage all the way up).

It's a place that we visit almost every year, on our way to Greece. It's in a nice little town, right in the center of it, next to many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and with nice large beds.

It has nothing to do with the property. It's downtown, so you have to pay the parking during the week, which is a headache, because they don't have an app for it, if you don't have a local mobile number you can't use de SMS system, and I had to run around the building at 8AM to find the staff, that take only cash. Found them after 40 minutes, but it was a healthy morning walk. :)

The location, the decoration and atmosphere of the room (8) , good hot water, coffee and other extras are very helpful in the room. The staff (through communication) very kind and helpful. Cosy, relaxing. Nice balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows :)

In general it is very very good. Nit-picking: No space for stand for having your luggage within the room as the space in room is very tight. I would change the location of the mirror so that it makes it more functional. Bathroom door cannot open totally so you cant use the basin in its entirity. Also shower water doesnt go down as fast making fear that you will flood the bathroom :).

It is our second stay, and it happened that we were in the same studio which we liked at our first stay indeed. The location is top - few steps away from the locations and shops. The stuff is fantastic!

Just a small recommendation: for 2 and more nights it would be a nice gesture to leave a capsule of coffee for each morning.

Very nicely decorated. The apartment was conveniently-located, and the woman who led us to the apartment was friendly. The place itself was comfortable enough--the living/bedroom was in the same room as the "dining room" and kitchen, but separated by a closet/refrigerator. Interesting design that actually worked!

The town itself was small--only a take-out pizza place for dinner. A little bit tough to find the apartment without guidance. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but we were only there for an evening.

The location was great, clean and very elegant interior design. Helpful and friendly staff, we happened to have our days mixed up, and thought we had one more night before checking out, so we left for the day. The staff called us and reminded us that they are waiting on us to leave, so they can clean the room for their next guests. We were not able to come back, so they packed our stuff together and left it all in the office for us to pick it up later. They even called me to let me know that they found another hotel for us to stay at the night, since our plan was to leave the next day. Highly recommended!

There is no elevator, so pack light, or get ready to carry your luggage upstairs. There is no free parking for the place, and the only payed parking is far from the hotel, so the inconvenience of dragging luggage across streets and walking is not ideal.

The apartment its amazing! Its in the center of Blagoevgrad, pietonal area its in front, very close to shops and restaurants where you can find quickly something to eat. The apartment its exacly like in pictures! Very cosy, modern, the decor is stunning. Inside the apartment we couldn't hear a sound from outside and its was a party next to a close restaurant. The studio has a very well equipped small kitchen with fridge and coffe machine. All fittings and appliances are qualitty and cleanliness was exceptional. These apartments were such a brilliant find... as this was our first visit to Blagoevgrad. Thank you for all we will surely come back
