Cute little hotel. Excellent location - a couple hundred meters from the bus station and a few hundred meters from the City Center. The room was clean. There is a nice little cafe at the front of the hotel. The owners (husband and wife team) were warm, friendly and helpful. The price and overall value were excellent (about $ 45 CAD per night). The neighborhood is quiet and mainly residential but there are some stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay here again because of the convenience and value factors.

I found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable; however, this is not exclusive to this hotel. I am picky with regards to bed comfort and I have stayed in many hotels (including in Canada and the USA) where I found the beds to be uncomfortable. Because the hotel is small, I found it to be a bit noisy sometimes in the evenings or late at night.

From a first impression (we only stayed for half an hour), the studio was very clean and the beds seemed comfortable, it was good for a family with 2 children and the price was ok. The lady at the reception was nice.

We didn’t stay at the property in the end as we considered parking on the street and the neighbourhood to be unsafe. There are only 3 marked parking spaces in front of it (not sure if those were from the hotel or not), which were taken already. We were afraid to just leave the car on the street, where there were no marked parking spaces there, even if the lady at the reception said it was ok. Maybe it was, but since we were travelling with 2 young kids and the car was a very expensive and work one, we didn’t want to take the risk. I guess I should have read the description more carefully when I booked. In the end we decided to pay for the room and search something else, with private parking.

I would totally recommend this hotel. Excellent and quiet location, helpful and nice stuff, simple but comfortable rooms.

I was just missing the shower curtain, where the bathroom floor got wet while showering.

I liked the room, it was fully updated and brand new. I only spent one night.

Wifi was weak and slow. If they had an electric kettle in the room to drink tea.

The restaurant of this hotel was very good.

The lack of misquito screens at the windows and the fact everytime i get at this hotel they do provide the same room at the very upper floor where the walls are hot due to the south exposure..

A unique "value for money" family hotel in a great location of Blagoevgrad. Clean rooms with all necessary amenities and home made food, right on spot. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help any moment.

No issues whatsoever

Cute hotel but a small restoration is needed. The rooms are clean. Good restaurant and good breakfast in normal price. When making the booking i asked for secure parking to our motorcycles. They arraged it and the owner was waiting outside to show us the parking places. Very kind!!

The owner was very friendly. While staying in Rila monastery I could leave my luggage in the Hotel and he also organised a trustful Taxi Driver.

The hotel was great- clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The accomodation, furniture and tech is good. There is just the issue with getting back late at night. Take into account that the hotel is locked during the night and you need to bring your key. Since no one told us we left our key with our mother in the room and we had to wake up at 4 in the morning so she can unlock and let us in.

The location is very good. It is in the street that takes you almost to the center. We liked the fact that we could eat proper meals in the evening. The breakfast seems good, I recommend you order it at the hotel. Omelette with mushrooms and cheese for example, is 4.5lv which is 2.3euro. It is peaceful in the area.

A shower curtain would be a good idea.
