The hotel was very nice, right in the center, parking is ok at the weekend and free. very quite at night, plenty of places to eat within 2 mins walk. the spa is very good not to busy at the weekend, open from 10.00-19.30. the hotel is like a 4star hotel.

In the spa the could put the steam/sauna rooms on before the spa open so they can warm up, check that there is plenty of free water for people to drink, and also have a clock there so people know how long they have been there.

Mineral water in your room from every tap! This is priceless. I was surprised by some of the comments below. Yes it smells the water but it is mineral!

It needs a little looking after but nothing that would spoil your stay.

Location is in the city center with plenty of cafes and main street near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have asked for extra parking space in the morning, being a blue zone and hotel manager offered us free parking. Breakfast was a la carte, no buffet. Choice was not big, but well cooked.

Both room and bathroom size are not big. It was a little difficult to find hotel in the night, hardly any signs for the property

Spacious and clean room, good quality amenities, in a perfect location near a quiet park and many many stores. The staff was kind and always willing to assist.

the only issue I had was the smell of the water. I know that this is because the fact that the entire hotel is connected to the geothermal source.

A lovely spacious clean room with access to the spa and amazing air conditioning that kept us cool.

Etc... My husband suffered a heart attack and sadly passed away , I cannot put into words how exceptional this hotel was in looking after me they went above and beyond in my eyes making sure that I was ok
