The triple room is big and clean. - The beds are confortable. - The room has a mini fridge, very useful if you have food or beverages with you. - The room also has a small balcony. - The included breakfast is big and very good. - Good value for the money.

- The rooms of the hotel were closed with a key, although we announced the time when we will arrive. We had to firmly knock on the door several times for someone to hear us and open the door. - Nobody speaks English, so if you need something, there is no one you can talk to. - The ground floor (where the reception and the breakfast tables are) is full of messy personal belongings of the hosts/employees (clothes, medication, phones, toys, books, etc).

Wonderful hosts. We booked and arrived late and were so thankful for the welcome we received. We ate a beautiful home cooked meal and had a fabulous breakfast the next day. The room was great and had a big balcony and we overlooked the local town. We watched a stork on a huge nest which was so awesome to see. Loved our stay there with a beautiful family. Gorgeous daughters. The oldest was so helpful and the youngest drew a cute picture which I loved. So close to Rila Monastery. I would definitely stay there agaoin. Amazing value!

Excellent family run hotel, 20 min drive from Rila monastery. The place is spotless clean, the rooms are very comfortable. We had breakfast included. Hot water and ac, plenty of parking places. The owners are very nice and friendly. Everything was more than excellent.

The breakfast was very good. The owners were really nice and the room was comfy.

The owner forgot our booking so when we arrived, she still needed to partially clean the room. For us this was not a problem at all and even though she had to hurry, everything was very clean.

Prostrana soba, dobar WiFi. Domaćini su simpatični.

Recepcija je u isto vreme i dnevna soba vlasnika. Domaćina sam zatekao u krevetu pored restoranskog dela. Topla voda u kupatilu se pojavi tek nakon nekoliko minuta.

The family who runs the hotel was very kind and helpful. We really felt at home. The room was clean and also have a big balcony.

Everything was perfect, maybe the only negative thing is that the curtains don't really block the sun to get inside the room. So you will be awake early in the morning.

En route to Sofia, a good nights stay. Grandma, Mother and daughter were very eager to help. We had a delicious dinner under difficulty of no electricity, it had gone out all over town. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cash only. Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

Nice family run hotel, offering a great view and a good breakfast

The facilities were perfect. Clean, parking place, pet friendly, breakfast, instant hot water, all other consumables included. ( slippers, soup, towels, blankets..)

No english speakers

Very simple. Not in any way luxiruous, but friendly staff (very little English) and for a one-night stopover, for the price, did just what was needed.
