Great hotel, I was on my own and it is a couples hotel really, lots of places to lie by different pools, some quieter than others. a couple of days I opted for the beach which is across the road and the sunbeds are free if you're staying at the hotel. Great selection of food for breakfast, depending on your taste and diet preferences they had it all. The layout of the hotel is attractively landscaped, I was lucky enough to share a plunge pool with 2 other rooms, It was nice to hear the water falling into the pool. I had lunch in one of the bars which was lovely, but I ate outside the restaurant for dinner and there is choice of several just outside the hotel. The spa facilities are also excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back if I find someone to go back with...!

There was nothing I didn't like

Excellent location, next to the beach, stunning pools, hotel for adults only, no families, no children and no noise. Clean and well maintained. We had a great time and although this is the second time we will come back again later.

Wi-Fi is spread all over the hotel, but at a low reception level, and therefore, unfortunately, the hotel is not suitable for business stays until the hotel understands the magnitude of the problem and upgrades the quality of surfing. Apart from the above - the breakfast is overall good but needs an upgrade in the quality and variety of the food served. We stayed there for a week and every day exactly the same food is served. The pastries are of a rather medium level and are not tasty, there is no fish and fish products at breakfast and there are not enough salads as expected from a hotel of this level and quality. You should also consider serving guests cappuccino and espresso at breakfast.

Great location by the waterfront, ideally situateed between Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. The staff will bend over backwards to accomodate any request you have.

Even tough I booked half-braod, drinks -even the basic ones- were not included with the evening meal. It is greedy from the management. The beach is not private so it's not completely "adults only" but it's still OK.

The place is absolutely amazing overall, great food and drinks, gorgeous setting on the seashore, a beautiful hotel with lovely views, greenery, several swimming pools and really pleasant and welcoming staff.

The aircon is not adequate for a summer holiday, especially in a 5 star hotel. It simply doesn't work to keep the room cool which is not ok am afraid in a hot destination like Crete during summer as it makes it impossible to get a good night sleep. It needs updating, as does the bathroom overall actually.

Great accomodation, with a very good location near the sea, with several restaurants and facilities. The very well-stocked shop with decent prices, the spa service, especially the massage, the 3 beautifully arranged swimming pools, with deckchairs and beds on the water, are to be commended. Regarding the room, the first 3 days we had a double room with sea view, after which, due to the small bathroom, we requested and paid for an upgrade. We received an apartment with its own pool, which was worth all the money. It is worth mentioning also the vecinity of the hotel with many restaurants, tavernas, shops, bars with live music.

Small details regarding the room facilities (not matching the expected 5 stars classification). The breakfast is good, but repetitive (no variety in 6 days) Also, a small bar on the beach would be helpful.

Hotel is very clean and there are lots of activities to get involved in. Very well maintained and overall a wonderfully relaxing place to stay .

The dinner buffet was not to our taste and having paid for dinner, bed & breakfast it was a real disappointment . The food we did try was luke warm at best which meant that by the time you got to the table it was cold . Overall , the food was the most disappointing part of the hotel as it was more large scale catered food and not fine dining. We expected more from a 4 * hotel sadly . When we enquired about another option we were offered dinner in the taverna , yet we were told it was “fully booked” and staff were totally unaccommodating!!

Absolutely loved the friendliness of the staff, the pools and the freedom to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, like the tennis and basketball. We loved our swim up pool room which had a great balcony and we could go straight into the pool from our lounger. The main pool area had wonderful sunbeds and a great bar, at night they had good entertainment here too. The shop on the premises is really good too with some excellent essentials like water, wine, beer and even shoes, hats and towels too. This was a wonderful stay indeed. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, loved going there everyday.

The aircon on the room could be better and I would like a shelve in the shower where one could store essentials like shower gel and hair shampoo, there was no where in the shower to store anything, had to leave it on the floor. The fridge in the room could be a little bigger, it's a very, very small bar fridge, can't fit lots in there at all.

Everything was perfect, Food, Cleanliness, Room size and the fact the resort offers everything you need onsite including a mini market with very good value for money items.

As the hotel was full sun loungers by the pools were hard to find during the middle of the day none are left at any of the outdoor pools, best to get to the pools early. (End of July and beginning of August I suppose is normal for this to be the case)

It is a big hotel but very quiet and romantic. A lot of green, swimming pools. The beach is few meters away and all the equipment is free of charge. Excellent breakfast and stuff always helpful.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, evening buffet outstanding, our room was beautiful, a swim up room by the relaxing pool, the hotel was beautiful, clean, no faults whatsoever
