I recognized I booked this room through booking.com, however the room I chose was to include a sofa and I paid extra for this option. The room I received did not include a sofa. I brought this up to the front desk staff. They seemed confused and didn't have an answer or option for me. I was disappointed that nothing was done and I paid extra for this option. I did not pursue it further because I assumed since I booked through a third party I would have no option with the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Comfy bed. Good continental breakfast. Staff super friendly.

The room was musky. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom door and the shower door would not stay closed. We reported the issue with the doors to the front staff and they immediately called maintenance to address the issue.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. We were very pleased with the staff and facility. Alan was courteous and friendly when we signed in at the front desk. He answered all our questions. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating from the start. The check-in process was fast, and loved that parking was so convenient.

The weather not cooperating with our pool plans. Everything was great, my daughter forgot her swimsuit and we drove to Target 5 minutes away.

Appreciated the 24 hr checkin, coming in after midnight from a flight. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have snacks, wine, beer available 24 hours for late arrivals was appreciated! The room was very spacious, bed was excellent! Hot water was having issues that they are in the process of fixing. Easy access off the 183A, quiet and safe location.

The hotel was fie and very clean. Lady at front desk was very helpful, friendly and checked us in quickly. She handled a possible volital situation very efficiently.

Breakfast was ok, could have used a little biscuit & Gravy, everything else was fine.

I was impressed with room.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was also a large dog and a cat next door in the adjoining room that barked and meowed a lot.

Appreciate that oatmeal was available for breakfast, otherwise lack healthy options. Also, only whole apple is offered, would prefer more choices; mandarin oranges and bananas, or cut fruits like melons.

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfy beds!

One room had an inoperable toilet, but it was an easy switch to a new room for that guest. On the breakfast buffet, It would have been better if the eggs were not made with cheese though as that limited people with dairy allergies.

We loved the location as it is accessible to the show that we went to. We loved the hotel itself, it was very clean and spacious. Staff are nice, welcoming and friendly. We will be booking this place in a heartbeat if we’re going to the area again. I highly recommend this place!
