Great location, staff and environment Plus My stay was upgraded

The elevator broke down on the weekend and iit was difficult to carry items to the 4th floor I am 68 years old There should be a back up plan if you can

I loved everything about this hotel!!!!! The staff was extra nice and very attentive. The hotel and the rooms were SUPER CLEAN!! The breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Everything was great!! I would definitely come back and will recommend!!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was everything we needed it to be. I just wish they had microwaves in the room. That's it though!!😁

Breakfast was good and location for the event we went out for was nearby.

They gave us the wrong room. We had reserved a king and were put in a room with two beds. They said there was another customer with the same last name and they got confused. We just got there in time to leave our things and got back late in the evening that we just stayed in the room.

The property feels modern and well-maintained, and our room was spacious, very clean, and had a super comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast is very good with a choice of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I liked the hours when breakfast was served. I liked the availability of lounge areas. The room was clean and the size accommodated my needs.

The location was far from downtown Austin resulting in multiple ubers having to be scheduled to get to and from locations. A rental car or shuttle service would be ideal for this location.

The hotel is new, with digital A/C. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is good, as expected. It's close to Lakeway.

I made a reservation for 3 rooms, one of them with 2 double beds, I received a confirmation email, but the 2 double bed was not available, I have to stay in a different type of room. Pool has no privacy, people in the parking lot can look at guests in the pool.

The breakfast was excellent, so many great choices, we loved it. Hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable and location of hotel was great!

The water pressure in the shower was low.

I really appreciated the cleanliness, space, comfort, and customer service. I will now become a repeat customer.

My only concern is something another patron mentioned, and that is the poor quality of water pressure in the shower. The sink had good pressure, but not the shower.

The coffee pot in the room had worms in it and we couldn't use, took it to front desk, and they said they would give it to manager, heard nothing more and did not give us another coffee pot to use in the room.

The location was a beautiful short drive outside the city with plenty of natural beauty surrounding the hotel. I was able to see from our window the forest surrounding Lake Travis. Very comfortable stay overall, the staff was excellent and always attentive.

A little louder and hearing others outside the door. The hotel was understaffed on Labor Day Monday and while it was fine and did not directly affect us, it was hectic and chaotic downstairs.
