Friendly staff. Room made up every day. Good breakfast. Right on beach and close to town centre.

Booked an extra night due to late ferry return on Friday as had already booked hotel. Paid by card and the transaction put their own exchange rate rather than my bank which added at least an extra 3 euros to what the exchange rate was at that time. A bit sneaky. Take note booking.com, it was impossible to add the extra night through your platform without a lot of additional faffing around so booked it directly.

Great property with fantastic and friendly staff. Such a great experience- beds were super comfortable too, I slept like a baby. Breakfast by the beach and the overall location was just perfect

Breakfast was a bit repetitive - wish it was changed a bit daily. Could have been a better equipment in the gym.

Befor we arrived I did read all the comments. There is a good WiFi, all was very clin, the bed was comfortable, no strange smell, & standard sound isolation. Breakfast was good & fresh. Location & beach is the best. Historical part magic. Staff are cool.

No beach towels, not enohp conrctors for charging the fones

The reception staff were efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous - tons of fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs if you asked for them.

The gym equipment was basically unserviceable and despite reporting the problems, there didn't seem to be any urgency in fixing them.

The view was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful! We used the reading nook upstairs, which had a terrific view and was a great place to relax and recharge our electronics. It was a very convenient walk into town and to restaurants. We especially liked the hotel's restaurant and the staff there. We loved breakfast - it was delicious! If we are lucky enough to visit again, we would certainly stay with you. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

We loved everything about our stay!

It's like a sanctuary with preserved heritage remainings of an old factory. Nowadays, it is very hard to find out such gems. The team especially the reception team are wonderful, extremely kind and very helpful. I cannot thank them enough. Definitely deserve to return alone or with a family.

Unique location on the beach and a five minute walk into town. Excellent personal service and attention with a quick response to any issues. Front Office particularly friendly and efficient. The issue is that perhaps with the prices that are now being charged, expectations become higher.

Fantastic location on a very beautiful beach. Big, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff very helpful, cleaning staff also very helpful. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Excellent massage and great value.

Nothing not to like. Sadly the sauna wasn't available as it hadn't been cleaned and they need notification to put it on.

Excellent hotel in perfect location for the beach. The staff on Reception were outstanding making our stay extra special and ensured we had a special experience. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We also had the buffet dinner one evening for €20/head whish was excellent food and very good value. The facilities were also very good. We would recommend to anyone visiting Porto Santo.

Could not think of any negatives.

Right on the beach. Very spacious suite, large terrace and big bathroom. All very comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice lunch and dinner buffet + restaurant a la carte. Very close to the village centre easily reachable walking. Polite, welcoming and efficient staff. Very clean.

Just the swimming pool was not working
