ONCE I WAS TRANSFERRED FROM THE AWFUL TALL BELEIRA HOTEL TO VILA BELEIRA SUITE WHICH IS WHAT I HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR ON "ALL INCLUSIVE BASIS" I WAS TEMPORARILY ACCOMMODATED NEXT TO THE BREAKFAST HALL WITH SCREAMING KIDS AND FOOD TROLLIES' FROM 7 AM BUT ONCE I WAS MOVED TO A QUIETER LOCATION AWAY FROM THE RESTAURANT AND BAR, I COULD PEACEFULLY ENJOY MY STAY. THE STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY GREAT AND SO VERY FRIENDLY. IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO PICK ON ANY ONE AS BEING SPECIAL AS THEY ALL WERE ALL EXCEPTIONALLY BRILLIANT FROM RECEPTION STAFF, TO KITCHEN STAFF, TO BAR STAFF, TO STAFF HELPING WITH SERVING OF THE FOOD AND ROOM SERVICE. NO MATTER HOW STRESSED THEY WERE, THEY ALWAYS SMILED AND MADE YOU FEEL REALLY SPECIAL. "NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH FOR THEM" AND MY GREATEST APPRECIATION TO ALL OF THE VILA BELEIRA SUITE. STAFF. IN FACT I ALREADY MISS THEM ALL AND HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN VERY SOON. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR THE MOST WONDERFUL SERVICE YOU PROVIDED. SADLY YOU COULDN'T DO MUCH WITH SCREAMING KIDS THAT THE PARENTS IGNORED TO DISCIPLINE DURING MEALTIMES IN THE RESTAURANTS.

DURING MEAL TIMES, IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEPARATE FAMILIES WITH KIDS FROM OTHER ADULTS AND COUPLES WHO ARE ALSO THERE TO ENJOY THEIR HOLIDAYS OF PEACE AND TRANQUILITY OF PORTO SANTO BEACH HOLIDAY

The food at the buffet was very tasty and there was a wide selection. Even if you want to eat vegetarian, there is a selection. The rooms are fine, we only stayed one night. Therefore, I cannot give a definitive assessment of the room cleaning. To get to the hotel, you can take the bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. Direct access to the sandy beach is very nice, the water is very shallow, and there is a lifeguard. We didn't use the pools because there were too many children there. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel because we travel without children and actually wanted to go to Madeira. When we couldn't land in Madeira, we got off at Porto Santo without our luggage. Then an all-inclusive hotel was just right.

It is a family hotel, so there were a lot of children there. This means that the hotel is very noisy and there are few places where you can find peace and quiet. The walls in the rooms are also very thin. In addition, my charging cable disappeared—I had bought it brand new that day and left it in the room when we went out to eat. Since we were traveling with only hand luggage and it was definitely not there, the only other option is that someone took it. The hotel didn't seem particularly concerned about it.

Construction works going on with noise during working hours. Too many people on the meals. TV channel on common areas was almost all the time BTV that doesn’t have relevant content to be informed about what is going on in Portugal and the world

Hello to all. I was there one night. The environment was calm and lovely. The beach and pool were great. I ate breakfast and lunch there and I loved the food very much. I especially liked their desserts. I'm not Portuguese and I do not know if these desserts are everywhere or not, but the desserts I ate at this hotel were excellent.

I did not like my room, I do not know why the lady in the reception changed the room that was pre-arranged and it did not feel good. The employee entered my room around 10 o'clock in the morning without permission, and when she noticed my presence in the room, she left, and after she asked me when I check-out, it was not a nice and interesting thing at all ... Everywhere it is 12 o'clock in time. .... Why should an employee enter a room without permission? Other than that, everything was great.

Was a short stay for a night but the great one. Everything was awesome, the stuff was kind and supportive, they helped us to go on a nice trip around Porto Santo. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast so delicious. I think this is a complete resort that has everything that you need.

the air condition is very load, during the night in the room is hot , but you can not use air conditioning because of the noise:(

Everything was great in this hotel from the delicious buffet meals where fish taste like fish and meat like meat, to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, that did not allow people to cut in the line while waiting for the check in. The rooms are quite big and there are always lots of things to do. I will surely come back and I highly recommend to chose the all inclusive option.

Some people might say that the elevators are slow and the rooms are too basic, but these are minor things that did not bother me at all.

The staff is very helpful. The facilities in the hotel are great. The facilities in the room are really basic. The side sea view is nice.

The twin bed is not really comfortable for a couple.
