A great hotel situated right on the beach at the quieter end of the island. We had a good sized apartment, with a bedroom with very big double bed and large wardrobe, a good sized living room with sofa, table and small kitchen area, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. It looked like our room had recently been decorated, as the paintwork was very clean. The breakfast was great, with plenty of hot or cold items to choose from. The beach immediately in front of the hotel was very quiet when we were there (mid May) and there were always sun beds available when we wanted them. Beach towels were provided in the bedrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the room and facilities for the price we paid.

Our room lock was difficult to open with the key at times, and there were a couple of minor plumbing issues in the bathroom. We reported these when we left, so hopefully they will be resolved for the next guests. We had a "mountain view" room, which overlooks the road. Unfortunately there were roadworks going on for the duration of our stay. This, of course, was no fault of the hotel and, as they didn't start till 0800 each day, we were already up by then. They are probably gone by now anyway!

The best is the location because the hotel is right on the beach, you only need to walk 100 meters from the hotel door to the water front. The staff are exceedingly friendly and professional. Although a little bit old, the hotel and the rooms are always kept very clean.

Only the fact that the hotel building is old and general maintenance is required. Also, the pool has green water, but you don't really need a swimming pool when the beach has such calm, crystalline and warm water. There are a lot of children, but it's a family hotel, you should know that when you book on it.

Reception and swimming pool staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was ok, would not say amazing, but good enough. Pool area was good, beach is just in front of the hotel. Bedrooms were good size - we got a room with direct access to the swimming pool and a nice varanda.

Staff at breakfast room were quite rude and started removing plates without asking for permission, in quite an abrupt way. The beach chairs are reserved just for clients who are full board (an option there was not available to us when we booked) and cost 25 euros for other guests, if there are any available, which I felt was quite expensive and not fair. The hotel location is good but bear in mind that taxis around the island stop working around midnight, so we had to walk back to the hotel both nights.

The location of the suites is exceptional. You can walk straight onto a fantastic beach. The staff are exceptionally helpful. We stayed out of season and therefore we could not eat an evening meal on site. It was excellent value for money. The sister hotel had a restaurant but it is buffet style. We will return here in November next year.

Please provide a small shop so that we can buy snacks and take away beer/wine.

Deep pool. Not all the staff spoke English, and generally not very friendly but nothing major. Bartender Rivaldo was really great, friendly, cheerful, and made fantastic cocktails!

Great apart hotel right on the beach. The rooms are simple but spacious. The hotel breakfast spread is wonderful with options for everyone. Direct pool and beach access with lounge chairs for both really tipped our experience over the edge, in a good way! It is right on the main road and easily accessible. Staff are fabulous.

Pretty great stay all around. The rooms could use an upgrade as it is evident they are aged, but overall this was a minor point.

Great location by the beach with sun beds on the sands and a pool. Basic apartment with essentials and nice balcony. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful

The staff was so amazing, they made our time there even better!! They were very attentive, helpfull and nice. The rooms were so beautiful and spacious and incredible view from the balcony. The pool and beach both very clean and with many sun lounger to choose from (probably cause it was during september).

Location of the suites is amazing, right on the beach! Suites have everything you need and more. Rooms are very clean, staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast could have been a bit better with more options and better coffee.
