My favorite place to stay in Cuenca. I have now stayed here multiple times, and it is wonderful. The location is great, the staff are always very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the shower is always nice. If you get a room with a view of the cathedral its quite the nice bonus opening the doors watching the city at night. The included breakfast is also very good. Will most certainly be back!

There isnt much to put on this list. If i had to choose something it would be the fact that the shower, while very nice, takes quite a while to get how. However, it does get hot so not really a complaint.

Very nice place & very hospitable staff! The location is super central, the rooms modern and clean, and the breakfast is also great. Would definitely recommend this place as it offers very good value for money!

Light sleepers may struggle here as the floors are squeaky and the traffic is definitely to be heard. However, I assume traffic will be wild everywhere in the center of Cuenca - and it really gets pretty quite between 10pm and 6am. So enough time to sleep and you are up early to explore the area and national parks :)

This has nothing to do with the property, but worth mentioning: here the foreigners have to pay the IVA, i.e. VAT. But even paying it, it worth every penny. Great experience

A strategic location, a few meters from the New Basilica and just in front of the city letters “CUENCA”. Close to a tram station and close to Calderon Park. Beautiful and traditional building, lovely balconies and amazing decoration! The staff really helpful and kind.

The hot water in the shower was a problem and we just arrived in a cold day.

We loved eating breakfast and looking out the window to the activities in the Plaza. The food was fresh and delicious, and very professionally served. Each of the different servers were all equally professional and friendly.

When we arrived really early in the monitoring, nobody was there to attend us and open the door. The Bathroom pipe had a small water leak. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it was uncomfortable.

The location is excellent - our room had a great view of the cathedral; , the rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The bar was quite pricey, and the measures of white wine were tiny

The staff is very find and supportive. The location is perfect! you have beautiful views of the cathedral and it's pretty close to the handcraft market and Calle Larga.

excellent location, very clean, nice staff. the King room has a great view of the Cathedral domes and is in front of a very nice square

not much insulation between rooms and the inside courtyard therefore one can hear the noise from the guests of the hotel

Staff Juan, Richard, Michael, Elizabeth and Daisey housekeeper. The reason we shall return is because the staff are amazing happy freindly hotel is immaculate breakfast excellent.
