friendly staff and cleaning service/very cold AC super soft, comfortable bed and fold out couch good enough free hot breakfast grab and go 6 AM to 9 AM. Plenty of parking extremely well lit at night great water pressure and hot water.

only one person at the front desk Internet was down. Check-in was slow, but the girl was nice no pool towels asked for towels I was told just use your room towels Jacuzzi was lukewarm all the pool lights were broken or missing. Bathroom door handle was falling off, would not lock closet shelf was full of bugs and dirt/remote control for DIRECTV. I was messing the battery cover, and you really had to get close to the TV to make it work. The DIRECTV receiver is behind the counter heads, the extra effort to reach the signal by getting closer to the TV.

As a former resident of Ft. Pierce, I like the location & the rooms are always clean.

I am disappointed that over the last few years the corporation hasn't made needed upgrades/improvements. It is quite evident that touch up work (cosmetics) was completed & could have been done more meticulously! The name speaks for itself & brings customers. I suggest an inspection of bathrooms to begin with.

Shania is the greatest customer service representative that I have met in a long time. She has great customer service skills and knows her guests needs and always attends to them. Please let her know that your guests appreciate her and her work ethics.

All the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was simple but filling. King size bed room was plenty of space for a couple and our toddler.

The room could’ve used a deep clean. Particularly the shower. But way more than manageable for the night! :)

Hands down, nicest room my husband and I have ever had. Extremely comfortable and very clean. Decent breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again

At breakfast, could not get remote to work to change channel

The pool area was a mess. There was beat-up, mismatched furniture randomly scattered with no tables. The pol deck was also littered with deflated pool floats, cigarette butts and a few glass beer bottles.

What I liked about the property with the building location it felt safe.

What I didn’t like about the property was the lack of space for the cars to drive side-by-side.

The young lady working last night was fantastic. The upgraded rooms are really nice and good for people with disabilities

The room was the best good breakfast plenty of cable channels and the AC work the best & the bathroom was outstanding

For some reason on the 4th floor the hallway smells weird they probably should put some air fresheners on the 4th floor or any other floors that smells weird
