Koh Mook is a Magical place, you'll feel high just being there.Go to Charlie Beach as soon as possible. The Location of Smile Resort is Close to the Dock, Close to Town, Close to the Hiking Trail , and half hour Walk to Charlie Beach, two other Beaches 5 min walk. You can catch boat Tours to other Islands for day trips. Smile Resort is quiet and friendly, they give you free instant Coffee. Nice area to sit and play Laptop, good WIFI. I will go back there. The

The Girls on the Property really need a Man there is help them. I didn't see a Man there helping them at all, which concerned me if there was a Maintenance issue or problem customer. The girls were really nice and they handled the property well, but they shouldn't have to do it all by themselves.

The staff is so kind, always ready to help. The common areas are very well maintained.

I strongly recommend to book the AC room instead of the fan rooms, not because of the AC itself but because there is no hot water or flush in the toilet in the fan rooms, which I wasn’t notified while booking. The toilet of the common area does have flush so I don’t understand why the fan rooms don’t. What is also very annoying is that they allow smoking on the fan rooms which means that you get smoke in your room even with the door closed. Not nice for people with breathing issue.

The location of Smile resort is excellent, close to good restaurants and the beach! We stayed in the resort for 6 nights (we initially wanted to stay for 4 nights, but we fell in love with the island on the first day and immediately extended our stay). The room is not huge, but it has everything you need (after all, the island is beautiful, and we spent all days exploring the island, we only went to the room to sleep). The shower heater broke on the second night and the staff immediately ordered a new heater, shipped it over from the mainland and replaced it the same day! Coffee and tea are available at the reception throughout the day. They also offer scooter rentals, organizing tours, transportation, laundry service, etc. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I would like to give a special thank you to Pattama, thank you for always providing us with all the information and helping us organize transportation to the airport in Trang. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant :) I recommend staying at Smile Resort to anyone who is still deciding where to book accommodation.

The property was great, loads of rooms and in a great location. Perfect to walk to local restaurants - Happy restaurant and sugars coffee was our favorites. Rooms were clean/comfy. Free toiletries and free water each day. Complimentary coffee/tea in the mornings. Staff were lovely, very friendly/kind family. Even helped to deliver items i had left behind in the room to another island! Thank you Pattama 🙏

Only reason not rated a 10 because plastic water bottles each day. Would be better/more sustainable to have a refill station! Also Toilet you have to flush yourself using water bucket. Not an issue though just being picky!

Lovely place - excellent value and nice location on Koh Mook, only a few minutes walk from the main street. I stayed here 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The room was clean, the staff was kind, helpful and friendly. I found the WiFi strong enough to work from, both in my room (A2) and in the common outdoor area. They also have a laundry and taxi service which was a great bonus. There is a wonderful little restaurant "Good Luck" within 50m walk that serves delicious and affordable food.

Beds was slightly hard but it didn't bother me.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good shower and water pressure. Lovely communal patio with free tea and coffee all day. Loo roll amd bottled water dropped off at the room daily. Every single member of staff was absolutely lovely. They immediately arranged our onward travel for us via a private longtail boat (including hotel pick up AND hotel drop off in a private vip minivan after the crossing) at almost half the price of online prices we'd seen for speedboat tickets, can't thank them enough, it made the journey the most comfortable, relaxing and beautiful one yet. The hotel is in a quiet part of the island but easily walking distance to everything, or they also offer a taxi service. We used the same taxi driver, Pan, for the times we wanted to venture further and he was so friendly and helpful! We just dropped him a WhatsApp whenever we needed - he also gave us great tips for what to see around the island and where such as sea turtles, dugongs, tropical birds, the best beach for sunset etc. There's also a really handy minimart and laundry service as soon as you step out of the hotel gate with excellent prices and 2 wonderful restaurants within a 1min walk in either direction of the hotel. We loved everything about koh mook and our stay at this hotel! Thank you Smile Resort!

From the start the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Pricing for bike rental and a boat to our next island competitive if not cheaper. Very clean with a nice sitting area in front of our bungalow. The location was great as well, not too close to the Main Street but a quick walk anywhere. Highly recommend for a stay in Koh Mook!

Bed was a bit uncomfortable (quite hard) but honestly not unlike others on our trips to other islands in Thailand. Nothing worth staying away from Smile Resort!

Location is walking distance from the pier. The staff were super nice and helpful. We could rent a motorbike for 200 baht/day. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge, plus a cute outside terrace to sit and relax with a clothes drying rack to hang towels and swimsuits which was super convenient rather than hanging everything inside the room. The reception has a little area with a kettle and coffee/tea. I would stay there again for sure if I come back to Koh Mook.

Everything was great!

Clean room, nice location, easy access to everything, just a few steps to the nearest restaurant, 15 mins by walking to the main pier, 10 mins to Pearl Beach. You can rent a scooter for 200 baht/day from the staff if you want to visit other side of the island.

-The bed was built with concrete and also the headboard. Be careful if you come with small kids. They might bump their heads with the concrete headboard. -The room should be cleaned up from time to time especially for the people who stays in there over 3 nights.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They can arrange transfers and tours for you at a good price. The open kitchen/patio area is great for relaxing, enjoying a free coffee, and eating meals. There is an external shower you can use to rinse the sand off your feet. The atmosphere is relaxed, laid back and peaceful. The other guests were couples and young families so it was quiet at night. The location is very close to local restaurants, supermarkets and fruit stands.

My bed was hard and uncomfortable for side sleeping.
