Such a lovely and peaceful little resort run by such an amazing family! The food was delicious, and everybody was so friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean and perfect to relax. The beach is not too far away but they also do scooter rental at the property. Koh muk is an amazing unspoiled island and we wish we could have stay longer at the phusam family resort. A big thank you to the family and staff, you were amazing and we already miss you and your fantastic island. 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Good value bungalows set in a lovely garden full of butterflies. The bungalows were basic but clean. Expect some small critters and jungle noise. The location is fairly good, but you'll likely need to get a taxi everywhere from there. Good breakfast with fresh fruit. I would recommend taking a trip to Koh Kradan. Beautiful beaches!

I understand that animal welfare is different in other countries so i havent rated our stay on this but it was a little distressing to see 4 fish in tiny jam jars in filthy water every morning at breakfast, which looked like they were slowly suffocating. Also, a very large tortoise in a tiny pool of sludge water. Expect lots of dogs on the island.

PUPPIES! There were 9 of the most adorable little puppies running around who (if you have food!) will be your best friend instantly. Just don’t leave shoes on the balcony or they might get chewed or disappear into the beautiful gardens! The internet was available across the whole property but you need to be patient with it as it drops in and out quite a lot. The location is also great. It’s really quiet and I slept so soundly whilst we were there. It’s just a short walk to the beach or into town, plus there’s some really good restaurants nearby so you don’t have to go far if you don’t want to. The rooms back on to a reservoir so make sure to pack/buy mosquito repellent. I really loved our stay and can’t wait to come back some time!

Check-in was a little hard due to the language barrier - the team can speak a little English but can’t read it. So there was confusion over names and we ended up having to move rooms as they had put us in the wrong one. We saw the same thing happen a few times whilst we were there.

My bungalow had a nice terrace, air conditioning, fan, net door (apart from glass ones) which could be closed from inside, safe, big comfortable bed, full set of impeccable white sheets and quilt. Breakfast included. Pool is additional bonus. It’s a perfect stop in a travel around Thailand. On the edge of a jungle. Minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Trekking, kayaking, cave swimming, hidden beach accessible around.

After 8 other hotels on my way in Thailand nothing really bothered me here.

Probably the best resort in Koh Mook. It's close to Charlie Beach which is the only proper beach in the island. The bungalow has everything you need, little fridge, kettle, AC, comfy bed. The staff is SUPER NICE and the owner tries her best to communicate with guests in English. Whatever you need - just ask her patiently and she will provide it. Bungalows have little cute porches where you can chill out surrounded by trees and flowers. There's also a swimming pool and mini market right next to the resort.

We were here last year. They’ve renovated some of the rooms so he had a lot more space. And the pool was awesome! Waking up and going for a swim in the jungle setting. Can’t beat it! The breakfasts have gotten cheaper too. It’s in the perfect spot, right next to a restaurant with huge portions and only a short walk from Charlie’s beach. Saw so much wildlife! The owners are super sweet too. They only speak a little English, but it’s easy to communicate with them, and for anything complicated there’s google translate.

No complaints from us.

I don't know what else to write except that: I love Phusambig 🥰. Beautiful garden, cozy cottages, great pool. The family that runs Phusambig took care of us like their own. I even learned a few new Thai words....We will definitely be back!

We could not extend our stay, unfortunately all the cottages were sold out.

Fan room was comfortable enough, a few geckos in the room that you can't really help! The family who run this hotel are so friendly and the two sons did everything to make our stay great! The pool was also amazing!

Geckos in the room and a few bugs in the bathroom at night! But other than that lt was great

The bungalow was nice and had a terrace area. The pool was clean, open late and refreshing. There’s a small shop to buy snacks/ drinks right next door. Charlie Beach is a short walk and the village isn’t too far ( or a 50baht tuktuk taxi). The staff at Phusam were very helpful and I enjoyed the breakfast.

The view from our bungalow was really beautiful overlooking a plantage. The pool was lovely and a rare thing on koh Mook. It’s close to the lovely Charlie beach.

The breakfast was including but very poorly. They have a tiny pond for a big turtle, it’s cruel😥
