The location was excellent, close to Charlie’s beach and beautiful sunsets. But also next to the rainforest, so beautiful birds and bird song. The bungalow was spotless, was big enough, bungalows were well spaced and our room had a good fan. We slept very well here - it’s a lovely quiet area. The owner is lovely and very generous - free coffee in the morning until it runs out. The breakfast was good, we very much enjoyed it. We also ate dinner here twice and the food was excellent - good authentic Thai cooking. We tried mookies one night and got charged much more - but we much preferred eating here. We would highly recommend it and would definately choose to stay here again.

Perhaps a few hooks in the wall or one shelf would help organise our belongings and towel etc. But overall it was great value.

We were made to feel very welcome and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose between. The property is a short walk from the fabulous Charlie Beach and there are a few restaurants close by too. We booked the simple fan room (no hot water, but we didn't miss it). The bungalows are solidly built, with mosquito screens on windows etc and there's a sunny terrace from where you can watch the wildlife (Hornbills visited a couple of times!), and see the sea and sunset through the trees. We booked 4 nights and stayed 8!

We would have liked somewhere to put our belongings other than the floor in the room - a bench or some shelves?, and a line to hang wet swimming gear, etc, to dry outside would have been useful. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Nice, clean & bright chalets on a hillside only 200m from the island's best beach! We got a fan room, although there are also air-conditioned rooms for those willing to pay a little more. We were happy that breakfast was included in the price & in fact this made it very good value. Staff were friendly & helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic place in a jungle pretty near Charlie Beach - beautifully there! Silence, cicadas and birds, this is what you can hear there. Awesome views !!! Bungalow very simple with "king size" bed (very old, the springs a little dig into your back, king size made from two separate mattresses 😂), privet bathroom , shower with hot water, A/C and terrace. The views, peace and quiet make up for the slight inconvenience. Tasty dishes in the restaurant at friendly prices (options are - street food on the beach or small restaurant upfront the hotel. Very helpful & so kind Mr. Odd (manager) .....family and homely atmosphere.

Wifi available in restaurant only (if you have sim card with internet, is working well everywhere there) Uncomfortable mattress , very far from city but you can use three-cycle taxi (50THB/person)

Nice small bungalow with balcony on the hill. Nice birds wake u up at 8, when u'r breakfast is served in the big terass, where u have seeview. Tuktuk service just downstairs, anywhere u want to go for only 50 bath. I slept very good during my stay here. Odd was the best manager ever. Vill come back.

Bathroom was very simple with no hotwater. And noflashing toilets. But thats makes it cheaper, what I do like.

I recently stayed at Rubber Tree Bungalow that was 3 minutes walk to Charlie beach and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The sunset at Charlie beach was absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect way to end each day. But the real standout of my trip was the staff at the location. They were incredibly nice and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. In fact, they even helped me out when I accidentally threw my cable charger into the rubbish. They were able to locate it a week later and returned it to me, even though I was on another island with no shops. I am forever grateful for their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. The staff truly made my trip memorable and I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

The great location, 3 min from the best beach of the island. Pretty much comfortable!

The room was without AC, but actually Ventilator was enough to sleep good. Ants in WC but nothing too tragic for the jungle!

We had a wonderfull time on Koh Mook. We loved the island and the owner, staff and bungalows of Rubbertree were excellent. Everything was perfect. I would love to go back one day. Thank you for everything!

Very nice located, with view to the beach. 1 minute walk to the beach. Family run business. Very friendly. Simple but good bungalows. Good value for money. Other restaurants very close the hotel.
