This is our third stay at Embat, it's basic but very comfy and we absolutely love the location which is just yards from the beach and the sea view rooms are great. We go every year to the same spot and have tried a couple of hotels but we wouldnt stay anywhere else now. If youre looking for luxury though this isnt it but if clean, comfy and spacious with a balcony and a top location are what youre looking for then definitely book here

Could do with a few more basic kitchen items and you do have to ask for pillows as they are quite flat but the guys have been there for many years and are really helpful.

The apartment is located close to the airport and you can get from the in 7 min by bus, which is very comfortable It is basically on the beach (you can visit 2 beaches in 2 min walk) and has a lovely sea view, which you can enjoy from the balcony. The studio is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and you can cook by yourself. The location is great: you have 2 beaches, 3 supermarkets, beach promenade, plenty of bars and restaurants. There's also a bus to get you to the city centre of Palma in 30-45min. The stuff is very pleasant, helpful and is always there for your comfort. It was a very pleasant stay. We hope to come back

We only stayed one night, but it was a truly memorable experience. Emilio was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — his warmth and attentiveness made all the difference and turned our stay into a perfect 10/10. The location was unbeatable: right on the seafront! We stepped out of the building in our swimming costumes and were on the beach within two minutes. The beach was lovely: clean, calm, and perfect for children. My kids played happily with their sand toys while I enjoyed a peaceful swim in the sea. The view was stunning. The accommodation was clean, practical, and had everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially because Emilio made us feel so at home.

Amazing location, 30 seconds to beach. Bars and restaurants within 1 minute but not really noisy! Lovely big outside sunbathing area and fantastic views (we had 1 bedroom sea view apt) A few things worn and dated but the essentials in there and very clean. Comfy bed and 2 very good act con units. Didn’t try watching there tv as I had a firestick. Definitely be back.

Sun loungers definitely need padded cushions on them. Really uncomfortable with bar across your back that we had to pack with towels to make ok.

The hosts/reception staff were very friendly and did whatever they could to make our stay as good as possible. The views from the front of the property are fantastic. Location is very handy for the airport and within walking distance of Palma.

There's a few things that could be updated in the rooms - fridge, kettle, etc, but mostly all good.

Great apartments for a great price! There are two nearby beaches, including one for small children (very calm and shallow). Multiple shops nearby where you can buy all the necessities. Apartments themselves are nice, clean, there is everything you need in the kitchen (buy a dishwasher yourself though). AC is pretty strong and working well. The staff is nice and friendly.

WiFi is unstable and slow when others are using it. Better to use your cellular phone and share, and if you are not from the EU, buy a Spanish SIM card also.

Location is perfect. Next to the beach. Spacious balcony. Spectecular view to the sea and final approach of Palma AirPort. Basically clean due to everyday cleaning. Climatisation is efficient. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

To find free car parking slot is very difficult. The courtain in the shower is rather awful. In case of rain water drainage is very loud however it is an irrelevat probem during holiday.

Great location close to everything. Nice beach out front with enough space to put up your own umbrella. Bus to airport 6-7 min walk, busride only 10 min. Aircon good, wifi ok. Fridge with freezer good size. Kitchen had everything needed except a cutting board. Great ocean view - we had room 303. Nice people working there. Would def book again even if some cleaning is needed.

The whole apartment needs a washdown.. and some paint. And new curtains..maybe new mattress, but we were comfortable enough. So if you are a very clean person this place might not be for you, the cleaners only change the sheets/towels and take out the thrash,they don't clean the floor/bathroom. We were ok with the situation.

Location next to the beach was great, excellent restaurants and services just outside! The apartment was perfect for two people. Close to the airport, easy access to other areas such as Palma, Arenal, shopping center, aquarium and so on.

The general problem with the area is it's proximity to the airport and the noise from the aircrafts. The windows would not completely block the noise. Parking the car could sometimes also be challenging.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations — spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
