Yango taxis are available quickly so commute can be done very easily, shops available very close to the hotel so in case if we missed anything to carry no issue we can purchase easily.

Just had to ask for complimentary water bottles or else everything is perfect.

Everything from location to facilities was top notch.

It may bring more value to clients if they could add microwaves in the rooms to allow clients to heat up food when they want; as well as more utensils.

Everything was super. The staff, the cleaness, the service ( high customer care- oriented to client satisfaction). The value for money, the area was good , everything is around.

The white man Manager and the reception lady were very hospitable. I had value for my money. The place was peaceful despite being at the center of the city. The manager gave me two complementary breakfasts which were not in the initial deal.

Staff were super friendly, went the extra mile. Clean room, spacious and very comfortable bed. Water pressure and hot water in shower was great!

A little loud from the street noise but not enough that I couldn't sleep. No complaints at all otherwise.

I liked everything about the Hotel. It's exactly as seen before I made the reservation. As an English speaker, those at the front desk tried to help me especially when I needed to exchange currency, talk to a native speaker (french), getting navigation to get Nigerian foods.

Same Breakfast every day. It's tiring. I believe it can be flexible and not repeat the same food daily.

The rooms were very nice looking. Love that the water was always hot. The staff were helpful though they need to learn English.

Breakfast needs to be more diversified. Have more options please. Include mini english Breakfast. Through cleaning needs to be done in the bathrooms everyday

Location wise was well situated for me. The cleanest of the place was good for me.

My window was kind of situated facing one busy neighborhood with lots of vehiculars and pedestrians traffic.

More like a suggestion, not something I disliked: If microwave are added in the bedrooms, it'd be a plus

Everything but the internet connection was great, however it was a wide area outage of the Orange operator, the hotel could do nothing about that. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and clean; the bed was firm and provided excellent sleep.
