We stayed there for twelve days over the holidays. My wife and I loved the proximity of the hotel to our different center of interests. It is a very well secured building with security guards and police officers. The staff was good, especially Olivier at the reception who went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. He also took the time to tell us where the good food places were. Just for him, we will go back there.

The room service sucks, every time we called, items from the menu were unavailable and one night the cook wasn't even on sight. The cleaning lady for some reason most days cleaned our room late. We would come back to the hotel from sightseeing and shopping around 3-4 pm, and the room still wasn't touched. We had to complain few times, but thankfully Olivier always found solutions for us.

The rooms were clean and they always made sure we had the rooms was clean everyday without us asking for it. The staff always were polite. Overall great location for both vacation and business stays.

The room service fees and when you order something it takes ages before they bring it to your room.

We really appreciated the service - the staff went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. The bed linen was of a surprisingly good quality.

Breakfast cost more than what booking.com had indicated - and the omellettes were cold :( The towels could be upgraded - frayed and sanderpaper-ish. Wifi kept dropping. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived :/

It was a total unknown country and we had serious language barriers. But thans Anaoh ( Manager) and team, they were very courteous and made us comfortable., While staff and we could not communicate verbally there was pleasant exchange and we really loved the courtesy of the staff at ivotel. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ivory coast

Nothing specific. It was good stay overall

I had the 9th floor corner room with a lot of light. The facilities are new and modern. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the resturant is also pleasantly decorated and appointed. The rooms were really clean aand housekeeping was very friendly.

The breakfast did not offer freshly made eggs. There should be designated places for the staff to have break and eat. It was a little awkward watching them take things from the buffet and put them away. At one point the staff trying to quickly wrap a bunch of croissants drop them on the floor. Instead of throwing it away. She put it on the counter. Fortunately not back with the rest of croissants. I did not find it professional. However they were all very friendly!

Breakfast was adequate. It would have been great to have a chef do omelettes for us instead of the already prepared one. Good all the same. Location was quiet and safe. Not too long for town; quick access to transport services - Yango, Uber etc.

watch out for insects at the food stand

The room was very spacious and very clean. Bathroom was also very clean. For someone like me who prioritizes neatness and lovely ambiance, I enjoyed my stay. The receptionists were all super helpful and bilingual to a large extent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was excellent — the service, cleanliness, comfort, and even the internet. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Truly a wonderful experience!

Gym is small but Good no WiFi there though and Spa people don’t share. Stay was nice. Rooms are big and comfy. Staff is helpful.
