The beach was perfect with long stretches of white, soft sand. All the amenities were working and the room was spotless.

The room was a bit small. The fact that the house cleaning attendants can easily access your room at the swipe of a card even when you are inside is a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy. I also think a smart TV would be much better in terms of entertainment than the one currently installed.

I was very satisfied the 2 days I stayed there, both the equipments in the room and the staff. The WiFi and the AC was very good. The water in the shower was hot and good And the location directly at the beach was excellent

It was only one contact that had electricity so I had to use that only contact for both the waterboiler, the toast and charging my phone. And I told it to the electrician but he did not come back. as far I know. But it was not a too big problem. The view from my room did not have a seaview. It was a studio, 1 bedroom. But there was a good balcony to sit on but very close to the other rooms on the the other side.

With one exception the staff were lovely as we've come to appreciate in Nairobi. Great pool. Property right on the beach. Good dining on site. Comfortable enough large room, shower let's it down dribble flow and turn on long before needed for the hot water to come.

Booking.com photos deceptive. If booking a studio, as you would for just the 2 of you then the view from balcony is of the car park not the pool. We had requested an airport transfer which didn't arrive, when we phoned the hotel to see where it was a very abrupt receptionist said "no driver available, take a taxi, and then rudely hung up. When we arrived she demanded payment and wouldn't believe me when I said already paid with Booking.com. After a bit more searching on computer decided it was paid. "Yes is paid" again very abrupt and no apology for her mistake. Only time in our kenya experience where anyone in hospitality hasn't been perfectly lovely!

Nice and friendly, helpful staff. The apartments are in a good location, with access to the beach. Public transportation to and from the location is readily available. Good facilities. The apartments are spacious, clean, with balconies. The kitchen is well equipped.

There is a restaurant at the facility, but independent from the facility. The food and service were good and it's right on the beach. But just be warned that should you ask for a doggy bag for your leftovers, they will charge you for that. It's the first restaurant that I've ever been to that charged for a doggy bag.

Great to be close to the beach. It had white sand and you could walk quite a way in both directions as you desired. It was quiet and didn't have people bothering you to sell things. Restaurant on site is facing the beach with shady trees. Very friendly staff who are courteous. Good service at the restaurant. Room had a nice layout. Bed was comfortable! It was a suite and had everything you needed if you were going to cook. It had a table, chairs, fridge, stove, microwave, glasses, plates, cutlery etc .. and full set of kitchen pots, utensils etc. Outside was a balcony with table and two chairs. Quiet overall, so great. Good place if you want a peaceful and restful place for a stay at the apartments and beach holiday. ⛱️

Location was a bit far from shops etc. Definitely need a Uber or taxi to take you out. It would have been good if they had a little shop and stocked a few simple grocery items Shower door missing seal, so floor got wet. Toilet didn't flush well. But have alerted management. Did have a middle of the night episode with some woman screaming angrily one night but not a guest so security could not let her in. This is not something the establishment can control so cannot be blamed.

Staff were extremely helpful regarding the pushing of a disabled man in a wheelchair as the slope down to the restaurant and bar area from the outdoor pool was exceptionally steep and I could only describe this as a 'black run' in skiing terms! The 'bug killer' used by the cleaning staff was extremely good - no insects survived if they chose to enter!

There was no provision for disabled facilities in the apartment, for example the shower was inaccessible to a man who is in a wheelchair as there was a step and no shower chair was available or hand holds to use for stability.

The accommodation has everything my Hamilton needed for a trip with two young boys. Staff were always helpful and place were clean. Hot shower and AC are working well. The room was equipped with a proper kitchen with oven / grills, microwave and large fridge (this is great advantage for a family with kids!)The restaurant in the compound is one of highly rated bistro in the area. Their Kiswahili food was amazing flavor. It was very close to kids entertainment like parks, nice beach and other large hotels with water slides etc.

WiFi can be weak sometimes but working.

Beautiful studio, very comfortable bed, complete kitchen, nice seating area and a balcony. Direct access to the beach and a nice pool. Staff were friendly.

No hot water in the shower, I was dissapointed with the view of the studios they look at the car park! The property asks for half a room rate for late check-out, even if the place is not full at all.

Excellent Facility, abit far from the main road but manageable. Excellent ever smiling receptionists led by Elizabeth, hospitable room service team. Would recommend to any serious traveller.

The road to the facility and the Aircon( it's too noisy) The Generator is exceptionally loud, please do something about it.
