The hotel is more suitable for business travel, but still very adequate also for leasure travel. It has very good facilities, the rooms are practical and of good dimensions. Breakfast is very good, offering a choice of standard food (bread, butter, jam, etc.) and Indian specialties. The choice tends to change on a daily basis. The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The location is quite good, considering Mumbai's size. The hotel is situated on a very busy road, but still the rooms are very quiet (and the aircon works very well). Just 5 minutes from the hotel is a nice residential/business neighbourhood with many nice shops and eateries. I would definitely recommend it.

There was nothing really not to like. It's a good 3 stars hotel and the price v quality ratio is very good. The bathroom is maybe a bit small, but it's a business hotel, so not quite a place where one would expect a ballroom size bathroom. The shower worked very well.

Everything is as expected of a fine 4 star hotel. Good standard of cleanliness, Room comfort, the washroom was good. Quiet and good. The food at the restaurant tasty but overpriced terribly. Parking space was good for self driven cars.

The entry to the reception is misleading with stairs and one cannot make out. No sign boards to know, please put this so if the security guard is at the gate we dont have to go back to ask him how to approach the hotel when checking in with Baggages. Overpriced food at the restaurant.

The hotel is well kept and very clean. It offers a quite refuge from the loud street noises outside. The room was of a good size providing all basic facilities. The WiFi network is secure which for me is a big plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated far from the city centre and in practise can only be reached by taxi unless you don't mind using the other standard transport options offered in Mumbai. The vicinity of the hotel is unpleasant to say the least and there are no good shops in the area. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The shower is in fact a bucket of water. Breakfast is good but basic with not much choice.

Location gr8 . So many eateries near by and shopping too . Breakfast was passable. Not a gr8 spread . Wada pav was awesome. Rooms were neat and tidy. Bathrooms were ok . Toilet bowl placement was horrible . No place for your legs. U need to sit at an angle on the toilet seat . I am not tall yet found it difficult . Tall ppl like my son had difficulties to use the toilet bowl . It's a major flaw in the construction . Look into it .

The room was clean, there was a kettle, tea, and milk powder. There was space where we could dry our washed clothes. Location-wise, it's in the center, but taxi drivers prefer not to enter that place because of traffic.

The breakfast was uneventful, more options would be good, non-fried options. The communication with the front desk lady was tricky, we were told by the receptionist that it would be ok to check out at 6:30 since it's a 24-hour desk, but when reaching there in the morning we were asked to wait 20 minutes for the other receptionist who deals with it.

Location is close to the local train station and a vibrant street with many little shops. Attentive restaurant staff. Friendly girls at the reception. Masala dosa and cheese omelette for breakfast. Clean room.

Unstable power switch for key cards. Surprisingly, key cards worked only for a day and had to be renewed each day. androidTV in the room is not properly named so that it can be easily identified among all the others on the floor for casting. Restaurant prices.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, nice Food. Food was nice. Taste was good. Their restaurant is great. Breakfast was good. Very Helpful staff in restaurant. Really liked it. Hotel was prompt in accepting my request and changes. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful. I liked the hotel, the staff and the food.

Location. Most people don't know where it is. Chembur is difficult to reach if you're on other side of Mumbai. Not the Hotel's fault.

I was travelling alone and had picked the hotel partly due to reviews about friendly helpful staff. They were all excellent, and gave me good advice. The hotel felt very safe. The security at the front were lovely - and helped find me taxis and tuc tucs when needed. The food in the restaurant was delicious- and once again, with very good staff. Thank you orchid!

Overall a very nice stay. Reception let me into the room earlier - very much appreciated after a long and sleepless night coming from Europe.

One of the reception ladies wanted me to go to the airport unnecessarily early (by 8 for a flight at 1.30pm). I think she did not really had a clue about traffic on Sunday. I did otherwise.

many things in the room need to be fixed eg.fan rotates only at 2 speeds either high or low, locker in the room was malfunctioning, internet connection was not steady, shower door was not closing properly
