I have to say that the staff throughout my whole stay has been very helpful, understanding and willing to work with me. I have stayed over a week and to be honest I could have gone to a different property for less money but I've stayed here because of there kindness and working with me with the booking of the room almost nightly and for that I will gladly pay a little more. So I want to say thank you to everyone of them as they all were helpful in a different way but worked as a team to bring customer satisfaction with my stay..

As for the stay it was great. What I didn't like was having to cause the staff do extra work just to work with me..

The manager Carlos gave me a amazing weekly rate after paying daily for the past month after stressing to him that my bank account was frozen due to fraudulent transactions leaving me with limited funds. His compassion lifted some of the stress off my shoulders.

They tried to have me pay more for the room I already booked at a certain price. But we ended up only paying for the original booking.

The room was not clean as it could be under the bed The sink bathroom was not working the water fill up The carpet was not clean it was some smell when we came in the room. The rest was clean. Not elevator.

The bed was comfortable and everything in the kitchen and bathroom was clean and worked well.

I had some difficulty staying warm, even with the heater on and turned up. Had to wait awhile for a staff member to turn up to check in and out at the front desk. Not such a problem when I was arriving, but it made me late to my work training when I wanted to checkout because I had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk person to arrive.

The hotel was very quiet and the property is very well kept staff is just nice and helpful

I loved how quiet it is and also how long bedroom suite was like a mini apartment

Definitely value received. For the quality of the accommodations compared to the price... There is nothing around to compare it to.

The breakfast really could use a little more attention. It's a couple if granola bars, muffins that always taste stale and oatmeal packets that can't be replenished one they run out in the morning. It's something but it's kinda sad.
