Thank you for an unforgettable experience! The service at the hotel was simply amazing – we received incredibly detailed and heartfelt recommendations about the entire area. The hosts helped us with everything we needed, always with kindness and care. The location is perfect – just a 4-minute walk from a breathtaking beach, a nearby supermarket, and 5–10 minutes from all the best restaurants and tavernas in the area. The hotel itself is of a very high standard – the rooms are beautiful, clean, and stylish, with luxurious shampoo and conditioner that smell wonderful. Everything is thoughtful and high quality down to the smallest detail. We truly had a fantastic stay – and at the end, we even received a lovely gift from the hosts 💛 We fell in love with the place! It’s ideal for couples and travelers who plan to explore the island, but it’s also perfect for relaxing – with a great pool and room service for food. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again!

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Very big and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, top quality toiletries provided, and an enormous attention to detail which didn’t go unnoticed. Staff members were brilliant and the whole hotel is designed in a way to encourage reflection, calmness, and relaxation. We also enjoyed the ambient music playing in the balconies and corridors, great addition to the concept. Breakfast is upon request but it was amazing; served in our balcony and definitely worth it.

Location was great for us, just keep in mind is a 10 min walk to the centre of the village and the beach.

Amazingly well decorated room with direct access to private sunbeds and to a stunning lux-styled pool. Attention to details and personal attentions from the staff make the stay memorable. Short walkable distance to near shore.

Super nice staff, helped us with everything. The two girls managing the reception, were exceptional. Also, entering the reception, the smell was good. The rooms to our surprise were by far exceeding the expectations and much better than some other hotels around the island claiming 5 stars. We stayed in other hotels areound the island but this one is the one we remember. Also, the food we’ve ordered for lunch was pretty good. Usually I don’t write reviews but the service and staff and amenities deserve a review. Well done !

The beach close by is very touristy and in very contrast to the beautiful hotel. Hence I recommend to go to the mountains to eat some local food. I wish Amente was in a better location as it deserves more visibility!

Beautifully decorated, every small detail was thought of,small and peaceful with only 10 rooms. Chara and Irene have created something very special here and were amazing hosts, all of their recommendations were 5 * ! Felt incredibly welcomed and looked after as a solo traveller and didn’t want to leave. Wishing you both all the success with the next property opening soon 🎉 it will be amazing!

Amazing place - perfectly aesthetic, clean, attention to details in every way possible. You wake up every day to a fresh, homemade breakfast served directly on your terrace by the pool while soft jazz music is playing in the background. Owners are very kind and you could see they enjoy running the hotel and know how to do it - they also treated us with small local delicacies and a complimentary bottle of wine. We really wish we will have the chance to come back again.

The place is beautiful and clean, the rooms are really big and comfortable and we had the most amazing time! We stayed in the room above the pool so it was quiet and more private, but the whole place was absolutley quiet and serene. The owners were the nicest and loveliest ever, and shared reccomandations with us that were all amazing, and they were SO helpful with everything at any time. We were dying to stay longer! Couldn't reccomend it more! Everything was perfect, delicious breakfast, perfect facilities, perfect location (for both driving and walking).

We’ve been here for 7 days now and are very sad that we’re leaving tomorrow morning! The location is perfect (only 15min walk to town), the ‘Highway’ is 2 min away, there is 1 big super market next door and the area is suuuuper quiet. You only hear crickets at night and verrrry softly the live music from town which you only hear a little bit from the balcony if you listen closely. The staff, Chara in general is very friendly and helpful and warm. The breakfast possibilities are endless. They also have a Google maps full of food and beach and leisure activities so you don’t even have to think twice about what you can do in the area. The rooms are clean, spacious, romantic, modern and beautiful! Also the cleaning staff doesn’t come till after 12 so even if you want to sleep in, you don’t even have to put the ‘do not disturb sign’ on. Overall a 10 out of 10. Make sure you have a car so you can explore the island, but coming here feels like a home away from home! Will deffff come back here again when we ever choose Crete again! Thanks for the amazing hospitality !!!!
