We really like this hotel in terms of convenient location, easy decent breakfast, free parking, and excellent staff.

This particular visit we were in a disability room. One of the bedside lights didn’t work (and since I discovered this right before bed after checking in late, it was too late for us to call that night). We informed the staff the next morning and they were on top of it—but since we only stayed one night, it wasn’t great for us. The accommodation for the walk-in disability shower made the whole floor wet, and since we weren’t disabled, it wasn’t worth it to us. Next time, we would ask for a nondisability room.

Room was clean, cozy, and had everything you'd need. Appreciated that it had free covered parking. Breakfast was simple but there was no shortage as they kept refilling the serving trays. Would definitely stay here if I visit the area again.

Only complaint was the timer on the hot tub. We tried it several times so I'm not sure if we were doing it incorrectly or if the timer was broken, but it would turn off after 5 mins even though we were trying for 15 mins.

The front desk staff helped me locate reservations I made in 2020, to ensure I would not be in the same room, to avoid elevator traffic/noise. They also offered to enroll me in the rewards program.

Bathtub. I understand people are human & mistakes/oversights can happen. After a long day, I wanted to take a soaking/relaxing bath. However when I unrolled the shower mat, there were all kinds of hair from a previous customer. Nevertheless, it was a quick cleaning remedy, thanks yo the mini kitchen’s cleaning options/availability.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My husband and I brought our kids for a family staycation for Christmas 🎄 They remembered our names and even opened up the bar a little early so my hubby and I could have a drink while the kids napped! The pool area and hot tub were clean and NOT over chlorinated. 👌

The only downside was that we reserved the King Suite for 4 people, and there weren't enough towels for every person. It wasn't a big deal to ask for more. But if I'm putting in the reservation that we have 4 guests arriving. There should be enough towels for every guest. Oh, and no lotion. But again, no big deal to ask and the staff provided!

We arrived the middle of a massive power outage and were just seeking heat, TV, warm beverages, and showers. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and nothing needed repair. Staff promptly brought us an extra blanket when we asked for it and were sooo helpful, I would absolutely stay here again.

The pool was closed for cleaning when we were there and my friend had hoped to use it, The restaurant was closed but that was due to the power outage and could not have been helped.

Great property ! Clean and updated. The King Suite was good sized a well laid out. Nice kitchenette with micro and dishes, dishwasher. Bistro table and chairs were nice for morning coffee. Comfortable bed with nice linens. I felt we could have used a duvet though. Shower water pressure was very strong. We will stay again. Central to Bellevue downtown and East Seattle. Not far from Woodinville Wine tasting zone.

The breakfast was just OK. Eggs were not hot and toaster was not working well. Bread was dried out.

The room was spacious, the neighbourhood was quiet despite being near a busy highway. Trees and beautiful West Coast scenery surrounded the area. I liked that we did not pay for parking (it was free!) and the amenities provided such as the pool, hot pool, and gym were all included for a decent hotel price. Breakfast was yummy and included in hotel price and had typical morning items that were served hot and fresh.

Very friendly staff. The room and facilities were clean and well kept. Location was good and we enjoyed the area. The room was comfortable and was very nice. The breakfast had a good variety of items for everyone.

The bed was too firm for my liking. Not bad but I didn't sleep as well as I might have. Maybe I am just not used to a form bed.

Room was large. Parking was great since it was inside (and it was snowing). Breakfast was simple and good.

The first night, there was a problem with noise from an outside gutter that kept me awake. We reported it the next morning and it was immediately fixed. But for this one issue, our stay was excellent in every way.

Perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 18 minute drive to downtown Seattle. A few things to note about this hotel: Front desk was very friendly and kind.
