Very helpful staff after driving all day our room was not even in their system but we booked weeks beforehand. The front desk was helpful. The kitchen would have been a great asset if we were there earlier or stayed longer. Big Fridge.

Our booking was somehow lost so after driving all day and night we had to wait for the room. This place was hard to find by google. Bed was uncomfortable so we did not get a good sleep. There was only a small retail in lobby for junk food, no breakfast.

Comfortable, coffee maker, bathtub, easy access to restaurants.

I had to call the hotel just to get someone to the front desk so I could check in. I stood there for a short while waiting for someone to recognize that I needed helped. Nope! I also expected breakfast, but I was told "thankfully we don't do that" by the same lazy clerk(Male, dark hair, 20's, 5'4" tall) For a brand new hotel, I would expect a higher caliber clerk with more respect for thejob. The other thing is hearing a loud rush of water several times, was odd. Running water is one thing, but this was a bang and then rushing water. Not something I would expect at a new property either.

Clean, comfortable, felt much fancier than I expected, great price, quite so I could sleep. The bathroom was roomy and had plenty of counter space. Had I stayed longer than one night (and had a car to go shopping), I would have been stoked to use the kitchen. Definitely planning on making this my go-to hotel when I'm traveling through the area (several times a year).

The elevator felt weirdly slow moving... to the point that I was hoping that that didn't mean I was about to get stuck in it. Good news... I didn't get stuck and it delivered me to my floor!

The General Manager was extremely helpful in fixing my booking issue. The hotel was clean and comfortable in a nice part of town, close to the freeway.

I had a difficult time dealing with Booking.com to resolve my issue. I’m still waiting to hear from them regarding a refund for a cancellation of reservation.

The front desk staff were very accommodating with our request for a ground floor room and the room was spotless. I love that there are so many pillows on bed and an extra blanket. The full size refrigerator with an ice maker is a plus as well as the kitchenette. The outdoor seating is also a plus.

The only thing missing is a Hot Tub, and fresh coffee packets in the rooms. We had a few older adults with us that they told us the coffee was yucky. There was a funky smell in the hallways, maybe it the smell too kill the bacteria but it was not smelling.

We were there for our graduation from BYU Idaho. We had a super easy check-in & found everything clean & in great shape. Had a great nights sleep — comfortable beds!! The only thing we missed was the free breakfast but there were places close by to have breakfast.

It appeared new and very clean. Full fridge and microwave was a great addition. Beds and pillows comfortable. Nice size room. Had a desk and a recliner so 2 of us could work.

Next time I would stay on the 3rd floor. Children woke up early each morning and ran around the room above us. (We were on the 2nd floor) I could hear every step.

I really enjoyed our stay and I will be staying again. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable. The showers had really good water pressure and heat.

You have to order your breakfast the night before and I didn't realize that the first night.

Did not have the breakfast. Location was great for us, close to the American Center and the Fly Fishing Expo.

We were on the Interstate side, quite noisy. Not your fault, but a fault of the design, doors are sucked closed if you don't hold on, and close with a 'boom'. I caught on right away and carefully closed it after that, some people never got it!
