Great location overlooking the falls, close to downtown. The room was spacious, the ac responsive, the shower hot, the staff went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. The building is cylindrical, every room has a balcony. Ask for a River view.

The breakfast was meager. The same thing every day - scrambled eggs, steamed sausages, biscuits and gravy. Only fruit was apples, the coffee was barely drinkable. The same sugary pastries, processed dairy in single portions containers. Maybe it’s an Idaho thing, but cottage potatoes were boiled, not browned. Belgium waffles were good, but the only toppings were sugary syrup and strawberry jam in singles. Every day!

Our room was just super spacious so it was easy to lay down the suitcases and move around. It had a balcony too, and while it could be better decorated, it was nice to sit at in the evening. The location is great, next to the falls and a short walk from downtown, it's practically in downtown too.

The shower and the tub weren't the best nor most comfortable, and it was a little cramped there. The breakfast was a hassle, with too little space for the guests. We grabbed the last spots around 8.30 and saw some people eating standing and waiting for seats. The food quality could also be improved, especially the eggs and meats.

The property was very clean and new. It also had a very large free breakfast with many options. The room was very very large and clean. I also enjoyed the assortment of furniture including a full couch, desk, and additional sitting chair. There was also lots of room in the bathroom. The room had everything you would need including a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, which was incredible! The balcony was also nice, and I got a partial view of the falls which is almost as good as the full view. The location of this hotel is unmatched, easily walkable to downtown and the falls.

The walls were paper thin, I could hear everything out in the hallway and in the rooms next to mine. If people got to the hotel late at night it would wake me up because their talking could be heard clearly in my room no matter where they were standing. Also, the gaps under the doors were much too large and should be covered with something. Not only to help reduce noise but someone could easily peek in from underneath the door if they were motivated enough. An entire hand could fit underneath the door.

This Comfort Suites is an older property that has been modernized and refreshed with great success. Our enormous room with a view of the falls included a surprisingly elegant bathroom set-up, excellent lighting, a comfortable bed and sofa, a Keurig-like coffee maker and abundant outlets to plug in our devices. We were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was ordinary, but the layout for the breakfast tables was exceptionally spacious and filled with light. The hallways also are well-lit, and navigatioin through the round building is easy. We have stayed at other properties facing the falls. This was the best. It was also a good value for the quality compared to other properties in the same class.

Birds had done their business so much on the balcony and its furniture that we couldn't use it, a small loss compared with the overall qualities of the property.

Breakfast was great! Lobby is roomy and attractive with plenty of seating--in fact our room was also very roomy, plenty of open floor space (a nice feeling in a hotel; rooms are often cramped in my opinion) and very nicely furnished. I booked a river view room and we scored one on the top floor, and yes, the view was absolutely spectacular. My friends and I would absolutely love to stay at this hotel again.

Water pressure in the shower was unimpressive, and there was no fan/vent in the bathroom in our room. The building shows its age a bit in that the elevators are a little slow. These were non-issues in my book, just the things we saw that could be improved.

Room was HUGE, lots of USB ports, great work space, bed was extremely comfortable. View was wonderful and it was very nice to have a balcony for fresh air (unfortunately it was snowing and cold outside). Dani at the front desk was absolutely wonderful to deal with.... she's an employee worth keeping for sure!!!!

The bathroom sink did not drain well at all and the floor could have used a better cleaning in the bathroom. Stain on the chaise lounge of the couch should be cleaned. Otherwise, all was good.

Location was great, and we had a fantastic view from the 8th floor. My son loved the waffles at breakfast. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with all new furniture. The beds were really comfortable. Liked the fridge and microwave. Easy to control the room temperature. We all slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

Minor issues: Hooks in the bathroom to hang up the towels would be helpful. Someone needs to clean behind the sofa bed. We found it really hard to close the door to the balcony. Some milk to go with the coffee in the room would be nice.

The room was huge, spacious with amazing views of the falls and Temple. My dog and I were so comfortable with the bed, the service, the room, the location. Every room has its own balcony. Which is awesome! I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Blackfoot. It's worth the short drive!

They were in the middle of renovations and my room showed signs of it. Whoever is doing that job is definitely not detail oriented. No towel racks, poor calking in the sink, paint peeling from the bathroom door after a shower, the carpet is the only thing not updated and it NEEDS to be cleaned!

Room was really comfortable and large, good value. It was quiet. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Really nice having a balcony for happy hour at the end of a long drive. Easy walk to restaurants.

It said Quality Inn and it took us two rounds around the building to finallly realize the logo was Comfort Inn. I’d suggest changing the sign. Breakfast was good but we have dietary restrictions, so only thing we could have was eggs. Gluten free bread would have been nice touch.

Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was extremely good compared to all the other comfort suites I’ve been to.

While the staff was constantly cleaning making it look good. And it really looked good when we first checked in there was some small missed opportunities in our room.
