We asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate us within an hour of our arrival so that was excellent. The employee that checked us in definitely deserves a ten for service. The hotel is very close to the venue of the show we were in town for and there's a green belt and restaurants and shopping in walking distance so the location of the hotel is excellent.

The refrigerator in the room made a clicking noise all night long and there was a steady beep noise coming from somewhere but it was not the alarm clock by the bed. The light on the thermostat was too bright and the nightlight in the bathroom was too bright as well. The pocket door to the bathroom never shut all the way and the bathrooms really need working vents. The door was very heavy to get into the room but if anyone was outside in the hallway and they talked you could hear them like they were in the room with you. I was going to use the coffee maker but the pods from a previous guest had been left in it. On a positive note the shower pressure was amazing and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel is a great brand.

It was nice, clean and comfortable

250 including tax is quite expensive for a one night stay. We stayed here as a stop on our 16 hour drive. We arrived around 1am and didn’t get settled until after 2. I asked for a late check out so that my daughter could enjoy the pool. They gave me 30 minutes extra time which was nice, however, considering our late arrival I think an hour would have been a better accommodation. My daughter had time for a quick swim after breakfast. I just wish we had a little more time to enjoy the hotel .

I like the hotel, close to my parents house.

Front desk miscommunication about house cleaning, said they would clean up on Tuesday but did not show up till Thursday. I am not happy about that.

We had never stayed a a Home2 and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect! We went swimming after we checked in and the pool and hot tub were great. We could walk to dinner and the chocolate chip cookie was a real treat!! Great bed and quiet stay. Breakfast had something for anyone.

The only improvement would be to have lotion in the bathroom. We have been in AZ and skin is dry. We didn’t bring lotion because most places have some in the bathroom. It’s the only thing I can suggest but we were fine with everything

As a single mom of 3 kids, ages elementary to high school the room was spacious and comfortable for all of us and our gear. The bathroom although without a tub is a great size and awesome lighting for my daughters dance competition makeup. I’m dedicated to the gym and the facility here was just right for me to stay on track with my daily routine. Breakfast bar and 24hr coffee sure saved me time and money! We have stayed here three times now and will be back for our next competition for sure!

Gym could use some exercise bands…

Location, size of room & amenities and friendly staff.

The heater was very loud and since it is winter we had to have it on during some of our stay. Could really hear the guests in the room directly above ours walking late at night and early in the morning.

The bed was very nice, the room was very clean

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was probably the worst hotel/motel breakfast we have had in the last 5 years. Even the fruit wasn't good . Also , the selection was stingy . I suggest they go to the Branding Iron Motel in West Yellowstone Montana and learn from them.

All was clean, spacious suite, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, location was perfect for our plans. Their staff was always kind and helpful.

No complaints at all.

This was definitely an unexpected surprise. The room was fantastic--clean, comfortable, larger than a normal hotel room, and included a kitchenette. Although we didn't use the kitchenette, I will definitely keep this hotel chain in mind when staying somewhere for more than a night. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. Everything about this facility was top notch.

The USB to charge my phone was SLOW! We had a little problem regulating the room temperature but got it figured out.

Very limited breakfast. Been here before first time breakfast was more to choose from, no bacon or sausage unless they were out half hour after opening
